David arrived to take down the tree the same day he was called, which was impressive. He did not have time to haul it all off the first day, so returned 2 weeks later to get the rest of the tree and he was paid in full, this was okay with us. When he returned, he picked up a trailer full of branches, but left 1/3 of the tree in the creek behind the house. I'm not talking about small branches either or things that would be okay and would eventually mulch up. He left large logs 8" in diameter that are 6 feet long, numerous heavy branches 15-20 feet long that still need to be cut up with a chainsaw in order to move them. Our fence was smashed and we need still need the branches removed so the fence can be repaired. We left David several messages and text messages for several weeks, with no response. Photo is of tree still remaining in creek that blocks the storm water flow. I will update this review if contacts us to complete the job.
Description of Work: We had a 50 foot tall tree damaged in the winds from the Hurricane Harvey storm that needed to be completely removed quickly to avoid damaging the house.
