Replaced a 20 year old water heater. Reasonable prices, job done quickly without complications.

From start to finish, the team from Excalibur were exemplary. Allen was prompt on arrival, explained the scope of the project and once complete, explained the recommended maintenance and operation of the heater. The workspace was left clean. I would highly recommend Excalibur and in particular, Allan again.

Very upfront with their cost and followed through with exactly with what they said they would do.

They charged me an extra fee because I ask them to remove the old water heater then wait a day before installing the new one. This had been requested by the professionals mitigating the water damage under the old one due to leaking. It had been drained prior to the request.

Bob at Excalibur called and emailed promptly after my request, including current discounts and pricing for water heater replacement. I called back and setup onsite visit to confirm the estimate; he said they’d arrive ready to do the install. I wasn’t crazy about the three hour window for the service call, but their guy actually showed ahead of schedule. He quickly confirmed no changes to the estimate and got the job started. After completing the install, he checked everything (including water pressure and made a necessary adjustment), waited for tank to fill, and walked me thru everything. Left everything clean and tidy (they had put down cardboard to protect the carpet). Very professional, friendly, and courteous.

The plumber showed up on time to install the water heater. Answered all of my questions beforehand. He removed a 12 year old water heater that was out of code and installed a Rheem water heater with drain pan and flood stop. When I had an electrical breaker trip that afternoon (due to my old building's wiring), I called them during the College Football Championship game and they answered my call and walked me through how to reset the water heater. Great Customer Service and follow through with the project!!!!! I recommend to anyone for their water heater or plumbing needs!
