They were easy to work wit with from beginning to end. They communicated well which is very important. They worked in a timely manner and took care of my bathroom water leak repairs. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend them.

I received the initial call under 15 minutes after I placed the quote request. I was told that they would be at my home within an hour for free estimate. Amazing! They arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, went through offers/pricing. Had the complete replacement done within 2 hours. They turned what could ve been a disaster into a perfect problem.

The installation took less than two hours, and the technician was incredibly helpful in showing me where everything was and how it worked. The pricing was straightforward and competitive with the market, and their customer service was better than any of the other plumbing companies I called. I would definitely recommend them if you're having problems with your water heater, and I plan to use them for any other plumbing needs I might have in the future.

Had to negotiate additional charge after they provided quote and started job but they treated us fairly and gave us a substantial discount on the additional item required

Excalibur had the lowest bid of three. Gave me a quote for a new hot water heater over the phone. Extras were added due to code changes. But they showed up on time and did the job professionally. Did not want to show me how do drain the heater of sediment because they said that was their job every year. They also did not want to change a leaking hose bib because of a gutter downspout that was in the way and they said they would damage it. Good job overall

I called on a Saturday afternoon & they were able to come out within 30 minutes and replaced my hot water heater! My home warranty company was going to make me wait a week without hot water! I was so thankful to Excalibur for giving me hot water so quickly!
