Excellent job. They called within the hour, got a firm quote the next day and installation when we agreed on a date. Very professional. They install about 50 Rinnai's a year and were obviously well versed on the product. This is our 2nd Rinnai (last one at a different house) so we knew we wanted another. Ended up getting the recirculating model for quicker response and Excalibur stocked it. Harley came out both times - he will be our plumber from now on! Thanks to Home Advisor for the introduction and Excalibur for a job well done.
