The response is very quick. They offered a good pricing. Installed new heater very next day in 3 hours. I need to put drainage with a pan. They did it very good. While installing they damaged the new heater a bit. But they compensated that with 4 more years of warranty.

My old water heater began to leak. Excalibur was quick to get me scheduled. The servicemen explained what needed to be done and why. Excalibur replaced the water heater with a new, larger water heater and brought it up to the current code requirements. The switch out was not an easy task. After it was done, they took the time to show me key features and how to do maintenance. They were excellent overall! I would use them again and recommend highly to others.

Excalibur was one of four companies to discuss various options for moving my old water heater out of the attic and installing a new one in the garage. We discussed gas, electric and hybrid, tank and tankless. John at Excalibur made the most sense. We discussed all options, hookups, overflow, and venting. His approach was practical, economical, and carried the best warrantee. He was able to call in a partner, and together, they got the work done neatly and efficiently in the same day. The inspector was quite satisfied, as well, commenting positively on many details. I recommend Excalibur most highly.

We received several quotes from different companies and Eccalibur beat them all. Once I made my decision and called Excalibur to hire them, they were at my house the next morning. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and hauled the old heater away. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very polite and personable too. I will definitely use Excalibur again when needed.
