The person was quick to fix

They worked on a shower valve update after my shower handle broke off and we discovered the valve was an old model that would be difficult to find and replace. They were prompt and Richard was highly professional. They could be better at calling ahead of time to schedule and communicate but if that is the worst critique I have for them then it is a good sign that they are very busy. Pricing was a little high but not unreasonable. However, I am willing to pay a slight premium to a professional that shows up on time as agreed who then fixes the problem VERY fast (I left for lunch and he was done by the time I came back). Excalibur was that and more. Their plumber Richard was friendly, professional and picked up after himself. I WILL DEFINITELY USE EXCALIBUR AGAIN. Other contractors should follow their lead.

We had a water heater leak in attic. Home warranty could not get plumber here for 6 days. Could not wait. Home adviser gave us 3 plumbers in our area. Called Excalibur came later same day of call. Louie and partner were great. They are my new plumbing service.

Louie was the best plumber I have ever met! He was knowledgeable, experienced, nice, polite and honest! I did not need a water heater or my home checked for leaks like the previous plumber suggested. Louie discovered that the noise coming from my water heater was from an outside hose that was not completely turned off!! I joined the membership and felt comfortable doing so. I highly recommend Louie and Excalibur Plumbing.

Posted the job in the morning, they called right away, showed up a little earlier than predicted, and finished the job in a couple hours. I didn't even have to reschedule my early afternoon meeting.

Excalibur was by far the best quote and service that we received while looking to replace our water heater. The cost was much less for a better overall deal on the water heater with installation and warranty. There were no surprise add-ons like we had heard from other neighbors who had used other companies. Excalibur is a honest company. Both Bob and Thomas were a great help and easy to deal with. Like the other reviews, we had an awesome experience and would highly recommend and will use Excalibur again for our plumbing needs.
