I hired Excalibur Plumbing to replace a water heater and bring the system up to building code. I will no longer do business with my previous plumber. Only with Excalibur Plumbing from now on.

Amazing experience. Had a leak in the water line between the street and the house. They found the leak, dug it up, and fixed it in an hour. Price was about half another company's estimate and the other company indicated it might take a whole day to find and fix.

They knew what they were doing and did the job professionally. ( pretty quick too )

We went with a standard water heater not the tankless as originally planned. Excalibur provided a quality product and replaced our defective water heater in a very timely manner.

Wow. I had a leak in my water line between the street and the house. The other "highly rated' plumber came out and said it would take most of the day and cost over $1200, unless something more then a small leak was found. Richard, from Excalibur, came out next and looked at the mud in the yard and estimated between $600 and $700 to fix. I hired him on the spot and asked when he could get to it and how long it would take. It was nearly 5:00 PM. He said, since it wasn't 6:00 yet, he could do it right away. I hired him He spent maybe 5 minutes probing around with a pole and found the leak. Dug it up and fixed it within about an hour - plus educating me on the latest methods to fix this sort of prolem (I am a DIY type usually). I was amazed. He filled in the hole and I couldn't be happier. Problem solved and for a reasonable price. Great experience. I will only use Excalibur

Thomas was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. When I said yes to his estimate he called for a helper and the work was done in less than 2 hours and my house was clean when they left like they had never been there. Have to thank Bob who called me the night before to see if I still needed the work done the next day he saved me a lot of money. Overall a great experience in handling a bad situation that nobody likes to deal with. Keep up the good work will definitely call again when needed.

Excellent all around

I needed a gas line put in for my gas dryer. Richard the technician was so helpful, friendly and attentive to details. I have a brick house and he even painted the pipe so it would match the house and not look obtrusive or affect the look of the exterior of the house. He did everything swiftly and everything worked just fine.

Very positive experience. I called for an estimate on replacing my old (but still working) water heater. I got a call in advance of the appointment to let me know they were dispatching someone, then Thomas showed up on time. He was efficient, gave me a fair price and a reasonable time-frame to install it same-day. I said okay, and he did a great job draining/removing the old unit, installing the new one, testing, and cleaning up after the job. I definitely recommend Excalibur.
