Overall great experience with our project to change a water heater. They charged is close to market for the heater and what i felt was a reasonable rate for labor. Very clean work, cleaned up nicely and nicely secured all fixtures.

We researched many Plumbers to see who would do the best work for the cost range which was very similar with the companies. I found Excalibur to be the most trustworthy and experienced so I chose them. I will be using them in the future if needed and will gladly refer others, they were great! Professional, honest, and skilled.

Fast and efficient, was ver professional in a good way. Explanation and quoting was accordingly to our expectations. After installation, we had problems with flow of water, they sent immediately that same day at 9:30 pm in night and found it was debris flushed from our old one , the guy cleaned them all for no extra cost. They know what they are doing and I would call them for any othther repairs.

was able to complete work 24 hours earlier than expected, very professional, knew what they were doing, quick and neat, hauled off the old one and explained the what I would need to do in the future as far as lighting pilot light, gave me their contact information if I had questions after they left

Replaced 2 water heaters when one went out over the holidays. Got us scheduled, answered all our questions, provided a very fair price and the installation went well.

We had to get two water heaters replaced in a short timeframe because one was showing signs of its age (19 years). Bob was flexible in getting it scheduled as needed and the work was very well done for a better price than most other bids we got.

Highly professional outfit that I would gladly refer to anyone I know or anyone else that might ask me about them. I got a great deal under their November special, but even if I'd paid full price I would have still saved hundreds of dollars compared to at least two other companies that provided us estimates.

Excalibur was quick to call and set up a time to do the estimate. Their customer service was friendly and professional. The installation of the new water heater and disposal of the old unit was accomplished in little over an hour.
