Excalibur did a great job of giving me a 30 minute notice to let me know that they were coming out to my home. They also arrived on time and my tech Scott was awesome. He did all of the work that we agreed to and he cleaned up any mess that was created from the work that was done at my property. He also took the time to advise me on things that I could do to maintain my home in a more efficient way.

repair cost about double the initial estimate, primarily because the pipe was deeper than expected and they brought in a tracktor to dig. If it wasn't an emergency situation (no water) I would have evaluated other optons. Paying someone to dig the 5 ft hole would have been much cheaper.
