KYLE MECHANICAL

I purchased several York HVAC units from Rodrigo and Kyle Mechanical. Last winter one of the units had a heater coil failure and Rodrigo came out to troubleshoot the issue. He took the faulty part with him and promised to get a warranty replacement. That was 7 or 8 months ago and he refuses to return my call or answer my emails. The only other contact I had at the company, Melanie, no longer works there. I still have many years left on the warranty but the installer appears to be ghosting me. I am contacting York for resolution and posting this review as a warning to potential customers of Kyle Mechanical.

Rodrigo and his assistant came out and were super professional and knowledgeable. It took a few hours but they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell that they installed an entire new unit. Would do business again.

The service was fast and affordable.  I contacted Kyle Mechanical at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon and the guy was at my house in 15 minutes - important when considering the Texas heat, but crucial when considering my 12-month old infant daughter.  Furthermore, he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, which we appreciated.  Bottom line, he was fast to respond to the call, fast to fix the problem (he installed a new part) and he was very reasonably priced.  My A/C is running smoothly.  I would highly recommend.

We called them this morning at around 9 AM.  Despite this being a very busy time for HVAC businesses (it's been 100+ every day), they promised to come out same day (between 1 and 2 PM).

They called 30 minutes in advance to let us know they were on their way, and showed up on time.

Our unit is really old, and I was worried this would be a costly and lengthy repair process.  It turned out to be a capacitor, which they could fix immediately at relatively low cost.  They also advised on when we should think about replacing the unit, and provided some tips for the best time of year for doing so.

We've used Kyle Mechanical on 3 occasions.  One of the other occasions was a simple fix, and the third was a compressor unit replacement.  We've always been highly satisfied with their competency, responsiveness, and reasonable cost.  They are honest and provide great service.  I wish all service companies were like this ... highly recommended.
