Stan and his team did a great job. I was thrust into an emergency on a rental property and had to get the remediation done immediately after the testing. I was provided an estimate before they started. The work was completed on the date promised and was done very well. My tenant even commented that Lance did a great job. After the work was completed, I was informed by Stan that the job took less time than expected and a few things were quicker and that he was reducing the invoice by a little over $100. They were more than fair. I had expected a fiasco based on what I had heard about other remediation companies but ServiceMaster delivered for me, above and beyond. They are on my contact list now for any future issues with rental properties or my own home. I spoke to Robbie after the work was complete and arranged for payment. The following day, my wife contacted her everything went very well. My wife commented how nice Robbie was. Overall a great experience when I had no idea what to expect other than the horror stories I had heard from friends and co-workers about other companies.

When faced with a horrible crisis of the first floor of our home being covered in 3 inches of water due to a burst pipe, Service Master was like a knight on a white horse coming to the rescue. Form the time they were called until the time they were in our driveway prepared to start work was 90 minutes. Their employees all the way from service managers via phone to technicians on site were knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and professional. They worked well into the evening getting their equipment set up and doing everything in their power to lower the risk of further damage to our home. They arrived promptly each day and patiently answered all of our questions. T hey texted us to confirm they had locked up the house when they were done, if we weren't there. While we certainly hope that we will never need their emergency services again, if we were to have another water crisis they would definitely be the company we would use. A definite A+ to Service Master.

Inspected our house for mold and water damage due to A/C water leak in the second floor attic. This service professional was not only prompt but also dependable and very honest. This company inspected the house for FREE and stated there is no damage to fix. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

We interviewed two firms. Both were qualified, but what impressed us about ServiceMaster was their thoroughness. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the situation and developing a work plan. Although they were more expensive than the competing firm, we went with SM, because of the confidence they instilled. The work took 5 days to complete and they stopped by every day and took measurements and reviewed the drying process.

Called the company to request an on-site inspection and estimate. They were prompt in making the site visit and in providing a written scope of work and estimate. The workmen arrived on schedule and performed quality work in a professional manner. A supervisor visited as the work was completed to review it with me and assure that I was satisfied (I was).

Excellent got the job the service person was very professional and communicated effectively. Highly recommend.

The AC company had sent another company and we were just not happy with their results, so we had another company come in and we just weren't happy, so we called Service Master and they were just excellent. They were on time every time they said they would be here. They moved furniture and cleaned our carpets. They cleaned the windows and blinds from the inside too.

The service turned out well. They did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do.

I thought that they were very professional and they did their work well. Their price was fair. They were fine.

I like that Service Master Resoration and Cleaning responded right away after I called to indicate that I had water damage. Even though the service call occurred late at night, I believe I received the same level of service that I would have received during the daytime. Besides the two techs that came to my house on the night of the damage, Robbie who I spoke to by phone was excellent. In my nervousness about the damage, I called Robbie several times over a four-day period. Robbie communicated clearly and completely, and had a very calming manner. The tech that came to my home each day was very customer focused. It was easy to coordinate the time each day he would come to check on the progress of the drying out and check on the equipment.

We called Service Master to complete a moisture test in our house following a strom. We were worried that water had managed to intrude between our floors and the slab. They were professional, helpful, prompt, courteous and overall extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend using them.

We called on Saturday morning around 8 am about a leak from the 2nd floor laundry room into our first floor family room. They returned our call promptly and arrived around 10-10:30 am to evaluate the damage. The technician used a moisture detector to localize the leak to a relatively small area of the ceiling and even went into the crawl space to look more thoroughly for evidence of leak, which he did not find thankfully. He advised us on some easy things to do help dry up the leak. Luckily, it did not cause much damage. The technician was prompt, courteous, thorough and very professional. We would call them again in the future.

They did a fantastic job very pleased with their work and their professionalism, would recommend to everyone!!

A third of my ceiling fell in from one of the bedrooms. They came in and assessed everything with electronic gear that tells you exactly where the water has seeped into your drywall. they stick these probes into your carpet and find exactly where it's wet. They checked in another bedroom, the bathroom and hall way. Their probe said it was wet even though I wouldn't have thought it was. They brought in 10-12 dryers to dry things out, my house isn't that big. They put plastic over the hole until it got fixed. They came back for 3 days, they got out really fast. They were out Friday-Monday and came every day to check on how things were drying out. Everyday they took a few dryers away. On Monday it was finished so they took the dryers away. They did a great job. They didn't clean up as well as they probably should have but everything else was an A.

Excellent. They were very punctual (gave an exact time, not a several hour range), showed me what they had found and how they were going to treat it, provided instructions on the equipment, and bottom line, got the job done. The service person was very professional and communicated effectively. Their office was also accommodating when I had to call to reschedule the first visit.

Service Master Clean did a lot of damage pulling up our wet carpet from storm damage where a tree fell through the roof of my home. They took things and threw them away without asking me first. They put a wet rug on my dry clothes and I have found missing boxes of pictures and a box with silver dollars. They had also broke a pipe in the midst of trying to fix things.

We used Service Master when we had a leak in our ceiling. Water was everywhere. I did not think that it was at all possible that the mess was ever going to get cleaned up; however, they came out & pumped all the water out, & then cleaned up the mess from the water damage. They did a lot of work; however, the price was a little higher than I expected.
