ServiceMaster TRS: Total Restoration Services

We called Service Master and they were out within 35 min. And their complete crew was there in 45min. . They had the mess cleaned up in 4hrs. With driers installed that took 5days to dry everything out! Awesome service!

ServiceMaster's original estimate of $1114, with a guarantee that it would not go higher, was about one-third that of another restoration company (which did indicate it would do the work for less than their own quote) and $526 less than a third co. ServiceMaster's tech (both were personable) said the wall was dry a day earlier than estimated and pulled the fans and dehumidifier. That dropped my cost to $786. Very pleased with this co.

I was very pleased with the work. They even helped move out furniture which is normally not part of what they do. The price was high but I don't have anything to compare it to. The contractors that came in after were surprised the nails were not removed.

This went very well. They were always punctual when they came back to check the moisture levels. Everyone on the crew was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them again.

They were excellent. It was a small operation, father and son and they did excellent work. The father was who really didn’t do any of the hands on work but he was our main contact person and really stayed on top of things and made sure everything was done right.

The whole entire house flooded. They were better the second time. They came in they ripped out carpet and dried out walls and some of the walls had to be taken out and they replaced the sheet rock and they painted. They replaced some cabinets.

They could have gotten it all clean the first time. They had to come back a second time to treat some mold. The workers were great.

Very responsive and professional. They did not try to sell us services that were not needed. We would definitely use them again.

Very difficult to get straight answers from on the phone. Was my first stop in mold remediation process based on being referred there by our mold tester but quickly sought other options after finally being able to get an extremely high quote from them.

After the initial demolition ServiceMaster came daily to check on the progress of the dry out process

This was supervised by a mold consultant and did pass. Work was neat and workmanlike. Removed all debris on completion. The superviser (Stan) was very responsive to any issues I had.

Great service! Came out within a couple hours of us calling them and installed dryers. Checked in with me daily during the drying progress. Worked directly with our insurance - minimal hassle for us. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone with this company worked fast and efficiently and took care to explain every step of work and what to expect. They were experienced with working with insurance companies and explained that, too. Very professional! I'm impressed!

Called them at 11 pm, they arrived on site at 1:30 and worked around the clock to get the house drying. Brought in full packing and moving crew, packed antiques, art, dishes and furniture. Moved out to storage during reconstruction. Moved everything back in after construction was complete. Chris did a great job, answered his phone all hours of the day and night, and made sure the crews worked carefully and timely. Overall, very satisfied.

The technician arrived within an hour of my request. He was sympathetic and efficient. When he gave us the estimate, we asked him to do the job. They immediately set everything up and returned daily to check the progress. They asked what time would be best to make a daily visit and always called to check with us before a visit. The equipment was removed as needed, and the job finished a day early so our bill was adjusted. We had a couple of heavy pieces of furniture which they offered to move for us, not part of the job. Perhaps it is extraneous for the job, but the same technicians did the entire job which was reassuring for me.

It was an amazing experience. Scott Bernson made one trip to quote me the work, then came back with another gentleman the next day to work on the house. They spent a full day cutting out drywall, then overnight left a few fans and industrial grade dehumidifier to dry out the wood in the walls. They also applied a coating to help get rid of any mold as well...for 500-600 bucks it was a great value in my opinion and I would put them at the top of my list to call again. Scott was professional and friendly...no complaints here!

They returned regularly to check on the drying process and returned promptly when I called with a concern. Chris in particular has been great!

Excellent job. The employees were professional and hard-working. I had the crew leader's cell phone to call when we needed a status update. The guys were so trustworthy that we had no problem giving them a key to the house so they could work while we were away. Insurance (Amica) paid the entire fee, so I don't really have an opinion regarding the reasonableness of the price. I did not get other estimates.

The service and job done was excellent! We had a crack in the drain pan in the master shower which created mold. After having the mold testing done, Stan came out to examine the damage and give a quote. He was extremely detailed as to what work would be done. He knew we were having to pay out of pocket and made a point to try to keep the price as low as possible. Stan came out several times during the remediation to make sure it was being done correctly and answer any questions we had. After the work was completed it was retested for mold and the test came back perfect! We were then issued the Texas Department of Insurance Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation. The quality of work and professionalism was top notch! We would definitely use them again!!

They gave fantastic customer service. They delivered the service just as they promised and worked very efficiently. They made sure to leave my house clean after the project. I would highly recommend using this company.

I really liked them. I spoke with them and they treated me like I was really in an emergency and not just another person. They treated my tenants well, and they took care of the job in less time (and less money) than they originally anticipated. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs work.
