It’s amusing the “great” reviews are mostly from your own employees or family. I was an excellent tenant with these people for five years and kept excellent care of the home. I expected the majority of my security deposit back. I received $435 of $960. Any single thing they could find they billed for. I have proof of the state of the property specifically backyard weeds yet I was charged for them. The home wasn’t painted or holes filled in prior to me moving in and it seems I was charged for them. Holes I did make I was not allowed to repair on my own even though this was never stated in the lease. Instead I was billed $350 to fill 26 SMALL holes?!?! Tenants must only use who they choose also for cleaning which seems by convenient. $215 for a small house. This company is only good for the owner. I cannot believe the treatment I have had when leaving based on how I took care of this home. *in response to owners reply* 26 holes is NOT many lol. Each picture takes 2. Many were hung up to cover existing holes since owner didn’t paint or repair previous holes before I moved in. 2 pictures in LR, one in DR, one in KITCHEN, two in hall, one in spare room, three in master plus small ones in bathrooms. Two shelves put up in extra rooms left 6 or 8 each shelf. The place was hardly trashed and you even boasted what a great tenant I was before you blocked your fb reviews since so many negative ones. I used your lawn guy who even called me last week since he felt badly you said he did a bad job. You only sent me the “after” lawn pictures no before. “Trash” left outside was a rubbermade bin and blanket for rescue kittens I was helping. Let’s not inflate the situation Karen. I didn’t even touch on the showings of realtors who came unannounced while I was just out of the shower and not dressed. I have all emails and photos if anyone ever wants to check stories for the truth. You get downright nasty when anyone leaves a bad review and suddenly amazing tenants become bad ones. I have tons of pictures of how you left me the home when I moved in including dressers left in garage and a shed full of trash.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They never return calls/emails in a timely manner and never actually do what they were hire to do. Because of their mismanagement, I am now having to pay well over $2000 to fix the things that they screwed up or didn't bother with ? broken light switch plates, gaping hole in the . This does not even cover the cost of replacing under-cabinet lighting that their "handyman" removed, because they claimed that previous tenants installed the lighting (wrong) and refused to repair them. In addition they never managed or addressed other simple issues throughout the property, such as keeping the trees trimmed, checking for damage from tenants, and the list goes on and on. They are simply the worst service-oriented company that I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

"We fired two owners this month due to the lack of communication and responding to issues with their property. Now both fired owners have put in comments to make it about us. We have to weed out the owners that refuse to maintain their property. We should have never taken either property because the poor condition they were in when we took them. The home owned by [member name removed] was missing flooring covered by area rugs and it is still that way. No updates have been made to this home since the 60's. Both of them had the owners living in them like that when we took them. They feel if they lived with it like that so can the tenant. As far as the lighting issue he is speaking of, he did that prior to us taking the property. He even sent me a copy of the invoice where he had it done, not us."

"Owner was never billed for the repair listed. It was not a $5,000 repair as she states as you can see in her picture. It is a window sill that got wet from a leaking window. This was one of the many issues with this owner with exageration of issues. Phone calls were always returned promptly she would call outside buisness hours for non emergency items and would be called back during normal buisness hours. Owner wanted to bill tenant for leaky window. Tenant did not cause window to leak.the owner would not make needed repairs. All inspections were done and we never said they would be done quarterly. We do inspections twice a year as told to owners and posted on our website. This was a very difficult owner to work with which is why we fired her. She wanted us to violate tenants rights and charge tenant for illegal charges from the deposit that were not tenants responsibiity but owner responsibility. We could not get the owner to understand by illegally charging tenant. We could not work with this owner due to her refusal to follow property code and the law."
