Description of Work: It was fantastic. He worked hard to eliminate 2 old stains and did just that. But I had asked him to put down odor eliminator. While he nodded his head in understanding, he just didn't lay it down. I assumed he didn't either hear me. Or he didn't have a way for me to pay after paying for the service ahead of time. Overall, the job was fantastic, and I'd like to use them again this month.

Description of Work: Originally, they didn't have any time slots, however, the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I would have my carpet cleaned based on my move out date. | |He was on time very polite--actually he came early & very professional and did a great job considering the carpet was very old. I paid exactly what we agreed to with no hidden surprises and he even threw in a short hallway for me. I would definitely use them again.
