Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

Dusty thoroughly cleaned each room we had agreed upon. When he was finished I couldn't see or smell the cat pee anymore! It was better than I ever expected. When the carpet dried, still no odor and no stains. The carpet was nice and soft as well. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Without a doubt this was the best carpet cleaning our family has ever had. They were able to get rid of multiple stains and lots of dirt on a high traffic area, and were able to make it look great again. The house we purchased, is 16 years old however the carpets look really great now! Jared was very helpful, informative and personable. Thank you for a great experience and great results!

Dusty did an outstanding job of pre-cleaning and steam cleaning of carpet. All of the dirt, stains, and odor were gone after job was complete. Dusty was prompt and courteous. He worked efficiently and the carpet looks great.

Everything looks amazing. My light gray grout on the tile looks almost like new, even in high traffic areas, like the kitchen. I also had an area rug cleaned that now looks much brighter where there are lighter patches.

Mark called when he was on the way and arrived right on time. Looked at our furniture which had been stained and dirtied by movers. Advised one chair would need to be dry cleaned to prevent color bleed in the material. Did a very thorough job, took much less time than I expected, and my furniture looks great. He was friendly and professional.

I have used other floor cleaning companies in the past with varying degrees of performance from bad to just ok. Jared called well ahead of arrival. When he arrived he looked at the two rooms of carpet and asked me if I had any particular concerns. He was both pleasant and professional as he went to work on my floors. I am super happy with the results and price. I will definitely have Clean Master back to clean additional rooms.

EXCELLENT ..... We used another carpet cleaner 3 years ago (Dry Carpet Cleaning Method) but didn't like the "pebbles" that remained in the carpet and made noises when you walked on the tile floors. These folks used "steam" and the carpets look fantastic. GREAT JOB - THANKS.

Fabulous! Our carpet is 11 years old, we are biding time until the kids are a little older to replace. Dusty cleaned the carpet and they are like brand new.. I am shocked! They even feel soft and I can not see or smell the pet stain at all. Thank you!

Very well. The techs were great - arrived promptly, were very professional, worked quickly and did a nice job. Our dog urinated in one of the rooms just after the tech left. Clean Master was able to get someone back out the next morning to retreat the area. We've used a couple other carpet cleaning companies in the past (Dalworth and Sears). Clean Master rates definitely rates higher than Dalworth. It is on par with Sears quality-wise, but more competitive on price. Will definitely use again.

VERY WELL!! Was not pressured to clean other areas, add services etc. They did not have any "Well if you don't do this...." moments, showed up right in the middle of the time frame quoted. Friendly, professional and the exact price I expected. My carpet looks amazing - and the slight dog smell is GONE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Overall experience was great! Spoke with Jason Higgins (Owner) to discuss a quote. Jason was very patient and explained all services that would fit my needs. We agreed on a very reasonable price for the service and scheduling, on their website, was very easy. Service Day: Dusty was the employee that performed the service. Dusty called ahead of schedule to provide an arrival time. When Dusty arrived he took the time to meet my family. We then took a tour of the house and discussed the process. Dusty was very efficient with the overall process; took approximately 1 hour start to finish. I will be using Clean Master Carpet Cleaning for future services.

Carl and Suzanne did a great job. They were professional and personable. I expect that we'll call them next year to do it again.

They did an excellent job. I had recently had a dog pass away from cancer and the carpets were not in good shape. There was a distinct smell particularly in the living room area and it is now gone. The carpets have never looked better. He also showed genuine care and concern over the loss of my Corgi last week and this meant a lot to me. I would definitely hire Clean Master!

Dusty did a fantastic job! Called before he came out. Very professional, friendly and courteous. My carpet and rugs had a lot of pet stains and smelled bad. Smell and stains are gone!!! Will definitely have them come out again to clean next time. Very, very happy :)
