Description of Work: Needed our carpets cleaned, some with significant stains. Called one week ahead and was able to get an appointment time that worked for me on the day I wanted. They called 30 minutes before they were going to arrive to let us know when exactly they were coming. They arrived and treated the stained areas and quickly got to work. Finished quickly and were able to get the stains out. A week later the carpet still looks great.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in a room about 250-300 sq. ft. which was about $80 and then also stretched the carpet as it had loosened over time and that was also about $80.

Description of Work: Jason and Mark were both great to work with. Unfortunately, I was having scheduling issues with other flooring issues not related to the carpet, they were very gracious and courteous when I had to call and reschedule a couple of different times. Finally, time came for the carpets to be cleaned, they where very dirty, Mark walked through, told me that he would pretreat the areas of concern, and actually advised me that the stain would lighten, but probably not come out. It only took about 40 min to do the whole house and after it had dried completely, (approx 4 hrs) I was astounded at how clean the carpet was. The carpet was only 2 yrs old, and it looked better then when we moved in. I will only use Jason or Mark for all of my future carpet cleaning needs and more frequent so as not to have the problem we did. The builder had used our house as a model before we purchased. He placed plastic over the carpet to create paths for potential buyers to walk. Well after we purchased the house, we pulled up the plastic and saw no issue, but after a few months there was apparently a sticky film left from the plastic. Needless to say it attracted the daily dust and over time i had darker paths on the carpet. All of that was removed and looks fantastic. Thanks again.

Description of Work: Found Clean Master through Angies List. This was the first time I've had the carpet professionally cleaned. At first there was concern over would there be any carpet left, how do you do it, etc. I made the appointment for 3/29/12 via their website. A short time later I received confirmation that the technician would be there from 8-10. Mark the Tech arrived at 7:45 AM and started in right away. I was not there but my mother was (she was the one with the biggest fear of no carpet after it was cleaned). When I arrived home from work, imagine my surprise when I asked mom what she thought of the work. She was more than pleased. Her first response was "why didn't we do this sooner!!! Mark had cleaned the 3 bedrooms, hallway, living and dining room. He also had cleaned the 3 couches we had. I had contacted earlier in the day Clean Masters and gave Jason my credit card information over the phone since I wasn't there and wanted to pay by credit card. No problem. In fact on the bill it stated "Will paid by Credit Card over the phone". I was impressed with the way the carpet and sofa looked. It was like everything looked new. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. According to mom, the Tech was very nice and professional in his ways in cleaning the carpet. Thanks, Clean Masters for a job well done.

Description of Work: Mark called before arriving, on time, and walked the area to look at the carpets. He explained what he could do and what we could reasonably expect during the cleaning process. Due to the heavy soiling and traffic, he explained that he would not be able to get all the stains out, but it would be a lot better than it was before. He then asked if we wanted to continue with the cleaning. He said they would take 3-4 hours to dry. There was also some pet urine that he cleaned. Since it's still wet and I can only smell the cleaning product, I don't know if the smell is gone.

Description of Work: I called to have some water cleaned up due to a plumbing leak. They returned my call promptly and sent someone out quickly.

Description of Work: We had our condensation drain to our AC become clogged and cause water damage to our carpets in three rooms. They had to rip back some carpet, run fans for 48 hrs, treat with some mold resistant spray, return to lay the carpet back down and clean the carpets.

Description of Work: I needed to have carpets cleaned in my living room, dining room, two bedrooms, an office and a hallway. Most of the areas were badly soiled, and some areas were also affected with pet odor and stains. I have a dog and two cats, and one of the cats had some accidents recently outside the litter box.

Description of Work: Clean Master steam cleaned 4 bedrooms and 2 hallways. One of these rooms served as the "litter box" area and definitely needed some TLC. Clean Master also stretched the carpet in 2 rooms for me.
