Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. They’re the first carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I paid an additional amount because I have some extra area done. When I called them, they said that it would be another $30 but actually, it cost more than that. I paid an additional $200. The price was not satisfactory. The upstairs was fine but the living room carpet was not that clean. They arrived on time.

It went well. Only one stain didn't come out.

They worked quickly and carefully . I think they did a wonderful job. I used a $109.00 for 4 room coupon from Angie's List--great price!

I purchased a Big deal for carpet cleaning. They did great.

The carpets were cleaned and the technician was on time, courteous and worked quickly. The only reason that I gave them a B for quality was that the edges of the carpet up close to the walls were not cleaned properly. We had painters in doing some work on the walls and some of their wall scrapings were still on the edges of the carpet after the cleaning. I can vacuum that away though!

It went exactly as one would hope. We called on Monday with the hopes of getting the cleaning done before the weekend and they found us a spot the next day. Jason W. called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, was very polite and professional. We were not offered "upgrades' or the "you should really do this" in order to get more $$. He came in, I showed him the 4 rooms, and he got right to work. Would definitely use them again!!

Everything went fantastic. Mark was on time and extremely professional. I only meant to get a quote on stretching the carpet but because of how quickly he said it could be done, I went ahead and had it done today. My carpet and couch look great and I will definitely be using Clean Master in the future.

We recently purchased a home where the previous owner left pet stains and accompanying pet odor. We purchased a four room cleaning deal from Clean Master Carpet Cleaning. Within the hour, we were contacted to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, we received a call prior to arrival letting us know Mark was on his way. He arrived on time and took the time to explain the discolorations in the carpet. He did ask if we wanted to add pet urine treatment to our service. We declined and hoped for the best. He went straight to work. At this point, the skies opened up. I thought it might affect the job since he was hooked up to his equipment out on his truck, but Mark continued working. About an hour later, he was done. t's been a few weeks since our cleaning, all pet stains were removed. Now that the cleaning agent smell has dissipated, we can honestly say that the pet odor has gone with it. We are extremely satisfied with the job Mark and Clean Master Carpet Cleaning did for us and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

Murphy's Law! We had scheduled several contractors to complete work on a home before moving in. Jason was extremely accommodating and planned to come by and clean our carpets on Sunday himself! We had to reschedule for Monday afternoon, as painters were not finished. The crew came by on Monday about 1pm, and worked around the other projects going on. Upstairs and staircase looked great! We still noticed darker 'high traffic' areas in the master bedroom after work completed, and carpets in closets not cleaned. Overall, customer service very good. We would use again.

OMWord...I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this company. We moved into a new house a few months ago and our dog had decided to christen 2 of the rooms. Because of the color of the carpet, I could not tell exactly where she was marking. Needless to say, it became very apparent that we needed to have the carpets cleaned. Their representative arrived on time, listened to my sad story and went right to work. He was very professional, and I LOVE LOVE my carpets. ALL of the puppy smell is GONE. I couldn't be more pleased. I will also be more diligent in preventing Miss Bella from entering the rooms with carpet. THANK YOU CLEAN MASTER. I will definitely use them again, I'm sure.

Fantastic! Mark arrived early and cleaned more than he was asked to clean/quoted us to clean (he cleaned the carpet in our closet and the tile underneath the stairs in addition to the areas we asked him to clean). He was very quick, but did a really good job. I have saved their contact info in my phone and plan to use them in the future. Very very impressed!

From the outset, it was very easy to work with this company. They were available right away when I needed them to clean our carpets and patch a spot my dog had torn up prior to showing our home for sale. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They did a great job on the carpet--especially the patch job for which they only charged $50! I think it made a difference in how our home was viewed and we were under contract within the first week that it went up for sale!

I called the provider at the beginning of the week - Monday the 13th I believe. I spoke with Jason, who was very friendly and helpful. I told him our Montessori school carpets need cleaning and he agreed to be there Thursday, May 17th at 2:30 pm to look at the areas and give me a quote. I was there until almost 5:30, and Jason was a no-show. I picked this service because of good reviews on Angie's List. I'm really disappointed that now, I have to start again and find someone who will give me a quote, and hope they show.

Mark was on time, courteous, and knew what he was doing. I was not only concerned with getting the carpet and furniture clean, I was trying to rid the condo of cat dander that was causing allergy problems. Mark advised me that the carpet and recliner would do well with the steam cleaning that would be most effective in removing the cat dander. He also informed me that the cotton upholstery on the sofa might shrink a little but that the steam cleaning was my best option. I chose to go with the steam cleaning and have not noticed any problem with shrinkage. The carpet looks very good. Only a few yellowish stains remain and they are hardly visible now. The deodorizing included with the cleaning left the condo smelling fresh and clean. I was surprised that Mark did nothing to protect the feet on the pieces of furniture that remained on the carpet... chair legs, table legs, etc. I wrapped them in aluminum foil as soon as he left to protect the furniture and the carpet while it dried. Other than that, he did a good job in a timely manner. I will use them again and have already given the company's number to a friend.

I had another carpet cleaning company come out for a root beer spill, within a month the mark was back no matter what I tried. So I had this guy come in and he removed all the root beer stains and removed another section I haven't even noticed. Also in my daughters room he removed all the smoke from the candles she had burned. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet and i avoided that by using them. They are amazing. He told me that if the first treatment did not work then to call him back and he would do the heavier more expensive treatment. So kind and so fast.

We have been using Cleanmaster for years and will continue to do so. Jason has always been responsive, helpful, and honest - even advising me when work didn't need to be done. Pet accidents are an occurance in our home, Cleanmaster's sanitizing services have been a God send to us! We feel like we are receiving a great value for the cost of the services!

They did a great job. They arrived on time, asked me what needed to be done, explained what they would do, and the cost, and then completed the work quickly, and thoroughly. They walked through what they had done prior to leaving.

Arrived on time and did not waste any time getting started by pretreating. Carpet showed years of dirt when furniture was moved and he was able to make it look great! He also gave me tips on removing hairspray dirt build up on porcelain bathroom tile saving me $100 on him doing the job. In and out quickly, dressed professionally. Gave me the Angie's List and Senior discount. Great experience!

We needed to get the carpets cleaned at the new house since the previous owner had cats and we have allergies. Mark showed up at the time they said he would. After a quick survey of what needed to be cleaned, he got to work immediately. I would definitely recommend to friend/family. He even spotted staining or marks on the carpets that I couldn't see. There were some spots that he was not able to get up, but that was due to the previous owner not properly handling the stains when they were made. I'm happy to say that we haven't had any allergy issues since the carpet cleaning. Mark was professional and friendly.

Bought a rental property and needed carpet cleaning on short notice. They had a quick turnaround time and called while they were on their way. Was courteous throughout and managed to clean a nasty green stain that was in the closet. Quality service at a reasonable price. I would use again. Thanks.
