Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. I paid additional because I had another room done. It was an average experience. I might use them again, I'm not sure.

Arrived on time, did an excellent job of cleaning, and finished quickly.

It just went fine. They were good and awesome. They called quickly after I got the deal and scheduled quickly. They got the work done. The end result was clean. It was great.

It was fine. I remember it was a particularly cold day that day and it took a while for them to get the equipment to work because it had frozen, but he took his time and got it done. He did the job so it was fine.

They did a fantastic job! They carpet looked brand new again. I did not even have to be there. I left a key under the mat and they were able to go in clean everything and left the bill on the counter. I was extremely please with the service. I would definitely use them again.

They were great. They were polite, on time and did a thorough job. The service was fine. My interaction with them was good. I think I spent a little more than the big deal amount because they also had an another treatment that they upsold me on, but it was a reasonable price. I think it was $140 altogether. They came out within 3 or 4 days after the deal was purchased.

The whole process was an easy and pleasant experience. We were moving and the house was empty so carpets in 4 bedrooms, living and dining rooms as well as walk in closets were cleaned in a very short time. Carpets dried quickly and new family moving in were qUite pleased.

It was great. The technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. The carpets had been cleaned only once in 10 years and we were hoping we would not have to replace them. When he was finished, they looked wonderful. No need to replace them.

I also had them do additional work as well. I was pleased with his work and I felt the price charged was fair.

The tech gave a two hour window for arrival, but called in the morning the day of and said he had a cancellation and could arrive earlier, which was perfect for us. He and his helper set up quickly and cleaned the carpet in four rooms. The carpet looked practically brand new afterwards. I asked him to look at our sofa and loveseat, which is made of microfiber and had seen better days with dogs and 8 years of wear. He said he could clean a small area just so we could decide if we thought it would be a noticeable difference, since I had mentioned I usually used my home carpet cleaning machine on it. And there was a huge difference after he cleaned an area. My husband and I had no hesitation about having the rest of it done. He took great care to clean every crease and fold and didn't leave any area untouched. It looked almost new again and dried very quickly. Start to finish, the whole job took about 2 hours, with the majority of the time spent on the sofas. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. We will definitely be calling this company again!

Great service. I only need one room done (my living room). I am getting ready to put my house on the market and needed the carpet clean. He was able to pull out all of the minor stains, and put on a protective coat. Carpet looked great!
