It went great. They honored the full price. I did have to pay extra because we added more rooms. We would use them again. They were good and they honored the deal.

Every detail of my experience with Clean Master was professional, from the initial email to scheduling, to the actual service. My appointment was scheduled between 1 and 3pm. Jason called me and asked if he could come a little early. Imagine! A company NOT making you wait til 3! When Jason arrived, I walked him through the areas I wanted cleaned. When we got upstairs, I explained what the majority of stains were from (gel inside a cold ice pack that had leaked), my husband and I along with the dogs had been tracking through the stains leaving dark spots. I told him, I wasn"t holding my breathe that they would come out . But, WOW! Not only did those unsightly stains come clean, but my 10 year old carpet looked brand new! Great job Jason! What a great experience! Scheduling was exceedingly pleasant and accommodating. Jason, the technician, called when he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He did a walk thru, pretreated spots and did a very thorough job with the steam cleaning. My carpets look GREAT and I will definitely use these guys again in the future!

The furniture is over 20 years old and the technician got them exceptionally clean. He was extremely thorough. I have very low expectations having used carpet and furniture cleaners before. But the dry cleaning technique really worked. I was extremely satisfied.

We were moving into a new house so I left a key under the mat since we couldn't be there. They did a great job with the carpet and also cleaned an upholstered rocking chair we purchased on Craigslist for the nursery. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule several times and even squeezed us in on a Friday at the last minute so we could move in Saturday.

Ronnie was my technician. I received a call ahead and met him at my house. Was able to get all of my carpeted areas cleaned under the special. He was very professional and my carpet was left clean and fresh like new. No excessive dampness so was able to walk on it by that evening. I would definitely recommend Clean Master Carpet Cleaning.

Completely professional. We had a plumber working her at the time. And the cleaner was very cooperative in working around the two men. And, even went back to make sure the carpet near the washing machines was properly cleaned. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Great value with no upcharges.

However, my husband had convinced me not to the clean the tile, I wasn't sure. The technician offered to show me a test batch of cleaning the grout, because I wasn't sure it would be worth it. I picked the spot for him to clean and it looked amazing! So I opted to have them clean the tile and grout. He was very professional, placed pads and/or protectors under my furniture. He was extremely courteous and well mannered. My only disappointment was that on the phone I had expressed my carpets needed stretched and they told me they could do that when they arrived before the cleaning. However when he arrived he said he did not have the tools for my carpet, because it needed more then a knee kick. He had a technician call to quote that service because it was more than he could do. They called the next morning but we opted not to do the stretching at this time. The technician was very knowledgeable of carpet, I only wish I knew him before I bought my carpet! I would have chosen something else, after speaking with him. Overall I was very pleased with the service, the carpets took about 5 hours to fully dry. We did not opt for extra fans to speed the drying process. There was no upsale for any extra services. They pretreated spots and all came out looking amazing. There was only one section of grout right in front of my fridge that did not look good. I do not know if this was overlooked or just didn't come clean. I only wish I saw it before he left, so I could have questioned the technician about it. It was the same shade as the other grout that came clean, so I am not sure why it didn't. Overall I would hire them again. They did great work and I greatly appreciated the time and care he took in cleaning the carpets and the tile. The entire service call took approximately 4 hours from the time he walked in to the time he left. This was for a total of 8 areas for a 1884 sq feet house.

Excellent. They were on time and they explained in great detail how to better care for your carpet between cleanings. He had great tips and was very thorough deep cleaning and deodorizing our existing carpet. Great price. Will recommend and use again and again.

They did a good job. They were professional, punctual and everything was done the way I wanted.

After calling to confirm our presence at home, they arrived right on time. Worked hard on cleaning the sofa, and left the room as they found it.

Clean Master responded promptly to my purchase and was able to schedule a cleaning within 6 days. They gave me a 2 hour window and provided a 30 minute call ahead. The technician called providing me time to come home from work and meet him. He arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He asked about the age of the carpet and the last cleaning date, then cleaned the areas I identified. There was no forced upselling. I was very pleased about this because that has not been my experience in the past with other carpet cleaners.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. I paid additional because I had another room done. It was an average experience. I might use them again, I'm not sure.
