The workers arrived when scheduled, were polite and did amazing work! We were that the carpets were in such bad shape that they would have to be replaced. They pretreated, took their time, worked hard and left amazingly clean carpets! AWESOME job and highly recommended! Will definitely use them again!

Spoke with Beth to set up appointment and she professional, friendly, and very helpful. We agreed on a date and time for the cleaning and Dusty arrived right on time to perform the services. We had a combination of promotional pricing and extra services. Dusty quoted everything up front before working and was knowledgeable when answering questions. Dusty worked the rest of the afternoon and did a great job on all of the areas he cleaned. We are very happy and will use Clean Master again in the future.

Dusty was great! He called before he arrived and was exactly on time! He took extra time to work on our very old and dirty carpets. He moved a few end tables,etc. He was very careful with all of it and put down the protectors when he replaced them after cleaning the carpet. He was very informative about what he was going to do etc. The carpets look amazing! We will definitely use them again!

I spoke with Jason at Clean Master and advised them that I had changed my mind about what I wanted to do. I have decided to replace the carpet rather than having it cleaned. When I inquired about a refund he advised to contact Angie's List, which I have done. I am going to be receiving a refund of this Big Deal purchase.

Great experience. They were able to schedule me the next day and Dusty did great job. I have cleaned my area rugs a few times and I will never break my back again! He got my rugs looking and smelling great in a very short period of time. I will be using them again!

It was a very good experience, and I was quite happy with the service. They accommodated my request to brush the areas prior to cleaning, and I appreciated that they told me in advance that this would raise the price a bit. Ultimately, they did an excellent job, and I will definitely use them again.

I purchased the service through a special on Angie's list. I was contacted via email withing 24 hours of purchasing said package and we set up a time for the carpet cleaner to come over. Jason(the cleaner) called 40 minutes before the agreed appointment window started and said when he would arrive. He was a little early, which I didn't mind as I was just anxious to get it over with. Jason was very thorough. He pre-treated all of the exceptionally dirty patches, and there were a few(as we have dogs). He even vacuumed along the baseboards where needed. He did an exceptionally thorough job cleaning all of the selected areas of carpet and made several passes over the areas that needed it. The carpets look great. P.S. Sorry that our cactus by the front door stuck you in the legs while you were wearing shorts, Jason. I'm getting my wife to cut it back.

Contacted the company on Monday and received a call back within an hour to schedule a date and time. Agreed upon a time that same week and Mark gave me a 2 hour window in which he expected to be here. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way and arrived promptly. The before and after are really amazing! Mark did a great job and all three pieces look brand new.

Made sure I knew the risks considering there were stains from my DIY spot cleaning. They got all the spots out - looks like new!
