Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

They called just before arriving and arrived on time. Everything was done quickly and the technician was friendly, and professional. He even gave me some diy tips on cleaning up future pet stains. He was honest explaining that the pet stains may reappear after the carpet becomes dry since I did not opt for the specific pet stain treatment. Our carpets look great and that is tough when you have a white carpet and 2 rambunctious pets. I am very appreciative of the work they did and look forward to calling on them in the next 6 months.

I have used several companies from Angie's List to have my carpets cleaned, but this company did the best job by far. They called ahead, showed up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently. The carpets really did look new, pet smells were gone, and a difficult carpet repair was done by them and several weeks later is still holding perfectly. I wouldn't use anyone else...they were by far the best.

Both crews cam the same day and they were prompt and professional. They performed all work and were very competitive over others I compared. I would have them come back any time. Great experience.

Mark was on time and very professional. There were some stains from spilled drinks on both pieces. He cleaned them quickly, left them mostly dry, and the stains are gone. I would definitely use this service again!

Wow....what a great experience! Carpet and tile look brand new, Dusty was fantastic, did not try to up sell like I have had others do and took the time to explain the process to my wife. These guys have a customer for life and I will refer them to everyone who needs carpet and tile cleaning.

Mark called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. He arrived on time and promptly explained what he was going to do. I showed him the areas where the carpet was installed and he told me he would start in the back and work towards the front. I was absolutely amazed when he began working in my dining and living room. I could actually see the dirt being removed by his powerful carpet implement. My carpet is Berber and was originally installed in 1999. It looks like new carpet now. Mark is an extremely nice young man. He worked quickly but very efficiently and answered all my questions. I will definitely call this company back when the need arises and if Mark is available ... I will definitely ask for him. Happy, happy, happy!!!!! Extremely satisfied.

They got there on time, went over everything with my husband. The guy actually told my husband not to be surprised if some stains don't come out BUT all the stains did! The couch looks great!

Technician called when he was on his way. Worked really hard for 3 plus hours cleaning all the carpets in my 3000 sq.foot house.Was professional and helpful,and my carpets look good for 14yr carpet that has been through a lot!! Would use them again.

So wonderful, I cannot recommend this company enough. Mark went (in my opinion) above and beyond, making sure the carpets no longer smelled. I purchased the home which held dogs that were not potty trained. The odor was breathtaking. Immediately I could tell a HUGE difference. The carpets are now beautiful and the house smells amazing! He did an excellent job of removing the stains in the carpet we pointed out to him, and completed the work in a timely manner. I called on 11/19/14 to see if it would be possible for them to come out and clean a sofa since I was going to be home in the afternoon of 11/20. They set the appointment and the workmen showed up on time and did a great job at a good price. The sofa looks like new after spending a year in a college student's apartment. Very professional, on time and great work -- highly recommend Clean Master!

Ronnie Thomas arrived at 1:30, which was during the time period specified (1 - 3). He thoroughly cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms, a hallway, living room, & dining room as well as 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, & 1 recliner. Everything looks great.

first off, they were prompt in calling me back when I left a message inquiring about the pricing. the lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful and even after I had to reschedule due to a last minute hiccup, they were still extremely pleasant. the guy that came out called an hour before he made it and was even early. this was a rental property for me so my primary residence is an hour away and he was patient on waiting until our scheduled time for me to show. he was very nice and explained what he was going to use and told me what he was going to do. I definitely see myself using them in the future. hopefully they will service my home in Frisco, if not, I delightfully referred them to family and friends.

Rusty Lewis did a FABULOUS job!!!! He arrived a little early which was great. He went over the services and costs and got right to work. I had a problem area where my newly-adopted dog was having accidents. Rusty spent extra time and care on that area and had the entire carpet looking brand new and smelling fresh. Rusty Lewis was very professional and friendly. He did a get job. I would definitely recommend Rusty & Clean Master Carpet Cleaning and will definitely call them again for future service.

It was great. They worked really hard. They seemed to have done a great job. I thought it would require more work. It wasn't a one-time "fix all" kind of thing. When they were done, they actually explained what they did. They made us feel good about what they actually did. They didn't charge us any more than whatever the deal was. They took pride in what they did. They care about what they do. I thought they were fair.

Everything looked good except one still-soiled area (perhaps 1-ft by 1.5-ft in rough size). The agent attempted twice to clean it thoroughly. He said that the carpet was worn rather than soiled. I would not have expected it to be worn as the carpet was relatively new and the spot was only where one's feet might rest when sitting but was not a traffic area. He did leave us some cleaning products for our own future spot use if needed. We subsequently decided to try those on the soliled area in question, After two applications, it appeared quite clean compared to when he had done the cleaning. Contrary to the agent's indication, it did not show evidence of wear after we cleaned it. After we had done the additional cleaning ourselve, I considered contacting them either just to enter a mild complaint that it should hvae been done better and/or that they might come back and clean it one-notch better than we did. However, I did not contact them about the matter. We were satisfied with the rest of the cleaning that they did. The service was punctual. The price was certainly reasonalbe. The agent was courteous and friendly. Accordingly, I have not given a more negative rating. Yes, I would consider utilizing them again, but -- if so -- I would discuss in advance the one problem that we did have and tell them that I would not want to have the same problem if they were engaged again.
