Work was done as requested in a short time. Professional attire and manner.

Technician was professional and courteous. He was on time and did a thorough job.

They were alright. I would not use them again. He did his job, but I do not think he did it very well. There were additional charges on top of the Deal. I told him I had more areas on top of what I needed to do. He quoted me how much it would cost to do the extra areas. It is just that I had him do a bedroom. He did not move anything around. I had to go in there and tell him. We are not talking about heavy furniture here. It was just like small toy boxes and stuff like that. The price had to be worth it. I really needed to get in the room and watch him do what he was doing. I feel like I need to get one of the carpets cleaned again. He came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal.

I wanted the carpets cleaned before Easter and even though I didn't contact them until late last week, they were able to get us on the schedule for today, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 9AM-11AM. Dusty called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, talked with me about the problem areas, spills and spots, etc. and began cleaning. He treated the spots and cleaned all the carpets before 11AM. I did a 'walk-through' with him and they looked so good I wished I had taken before and after pictures! Dusty was professional and personable. We will definitely call them the next time we need the carpets done and will recommend them to all our friends.

They did a great job with the service. They also cleaned my car upholstery. I was very impressed with Mark and Mike. They were right on time, fast, efficient and very friendly. I was very happy with their service overall.

He showed up on time - we were given a window of 12-2pm, he called us at 11:45a to let us know he was on the way and should be there around 12:15, and he showed up at 12:15. He knew what he was doing - it was obvious he wasn't just learning the equipment or the process. He knew exactly what to do and how to get in all the nooks and crannies of the furniture. He did a great job - The sofa was about 2.5-3 years old and had not yet had a professional cleaning. We have three dogs, two of whom regularly like to perch upon the sofa. When my allergies really started to manifest, usually while sitting on the sofa watching TV, we realized it was probably the pet dander embedded into the couch. That's when we decided it would be worth the coupon price to have someone come out, and now the sofa looks and smells wonderful. When the technician was done, we had a strong scent in the room from the wetness after the cleaning. So we turned on the ceiling fan, opened up some doors, put box fans in the doors and also put a rotating fan pointed right at the sofa to help dry it out. After a few hours, it was no longer damp to the touch. I must say - having an evening of TV watching without the sniffles and itchy eyes was a wonderful thing to experience.

On time did great cleaning job

I purchased a Big deal for Six Areas of Carpet or Tile Cleaning. I scheduled the service online as well as over the phone. The day of the service, the tech called an hour before and gave me an arrival time. He showed up on time and we walked the house to decide on the spaces that needed carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. He set up his equipment and completed the work. I changed my mind a couple of times about which spaces needed cleaning and he was cool with that. I also added one space for an extra charge. Overall, highly satisfied with the quality of work as well the attitude and demeanor. I would definitely recommend.

Mark returned our call quickly, and we set a day and time to complete cleaning. Mark was on time, and our carpets look incredible. He was friendly, efficient and did an awesome job. It was fine. They came and did what I expected. They came out on time. There was one miscommunication because I had 2 house going to be done, one with the main house and one with the guest house. When I booked it there was something that was left out but the guy took care of it so it was not a problem. The outcome of the cleaning was as expected because the carpet hasn't been cleaned for a long time so I hadn't expected any miracles but they took care of the job and they cleaned as expected.

Mark provided the cleaning service, and he did an excellent job. He explained what he thought would be the most appropriate type of cleaning for the job and completed the work efficiently and promptly.
