Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

Mark and his team were fabulous! I received a call to schedule the appointment the same day I purchased the service through Angie's List. They were able to schedule just a few days out, and called when they were approximately 30 minutes from my house. They were punctual, quick, professional, and best of all, my carpets look like new! We recently purchased this home and the carpet, while fairly new, had several areas of pet stains. I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize just how bad until Mark worked his magic! Will definitely use again.

Couldn't be happier... They were on-time, polite and friendly, and they did a great job. We had several stains on our sofa from our young son - he used the sofa to pull up and held on to it while learning to walk and he often drooled or put his mouth on the sofa resulting in stains across the front cushions. The technician got all the stains out and made the sofa and love seat look like new. Very happy with the results and the service and would definitely recommend and use again!

Dusty was great. He got out some very old carpet stains and the rooms he cleaned looked great once he was done. Total time was about two hours, which was fine. He was very polite and professional. I would and will use this company again if I have the need for carpet cleaning.

The guys called to see if they could come earlier than the scheduled appointment due to a cancellation and arrived on time. The work was very professional and the carpet stretch took the wrinkles out. The cleaning also did a good job for the quality of carpet I have in that master bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the price. I will definitely use these guys again.

I love the way it was cleaned ,with a truck unit. They cleaned,deodorize, and racked the carpet. The carpet was dry in no time. This was better than some of the big name co's.

After having my home painted they came in to clean up all the paint splatters and spills on my tile/grout. Ronnie was great. He was punctual, knew exactly what he was doing. What was a bad situation for me after the painters left, Ronnie was able to make it sparkle and shine. They were punctual, professional, and polite. Will definitely be using them again.

2nd Time I have used them. 1st time was for carpet cleaning and upholstery and they were excellent. This time for tile cleaning and the service was outstanding. Made the grout and tile look brand new. Explained the solution he was applying. Punctual, professional and a great price. These guys are awesome! They do not try to sell extras either.

Great experience! I had booked an appointment a week in advance with a well-known competitor and they did not show up in the time window agreed to or call. Totally left me in a pinch. I called at 9:15 AM and spoke to Jason, who found a way to squeeze me in, not only the same day, but they were done by 11:30 and the carpet looks great! I couldn't be more pleased or appreciative!

We just purchased our new home and our first day there with keys in hand we scheduled a fencing company, the cleaning service, a cable provider and a chimney sweep. We wanted to get everything clean and services set up prior to our new furniture deliveries on the next day. Rusty showed up about 10 minutes early and came in to see what areas we wanted done. We have a two-story, 5 bedroom house. After checking all the rooms he quickly pretreated some areas then brought in all his equipment and got to work. He worked very fast moving from room to room and asking us to check his work prior to starting a new area. He made the carpets look brand new again. In on room he even used some of his carpet grooming tools to snip out some twisted fibers and "brush" the carpet first. He was very personable and it was fun to have him around as my wife and I went about our business of scrubbing the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. He had us laughing after the cable installer showed up. Every time the installer would ring our doorbell to come in, no matter what room Rusty was in, he'd yell out "Cable Guy" in his best Jim Carry impersonation. Rusty even put out some floor drying fans to speed the process along since we had other providers coming. He placed them out at no extra charge just to help us out. We will recommend Clean Master Carpet Cleaning to everyone we know!

On what was an incredibly stressful day after just having moved into a new house, the gentleman from Clean Master Carpet Cleaning was on time, prepared and flexible with our dilemmas. It was the best and easiest part of that day. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!

This company was amazing. One truck arrived, protected freshly painted corners with little plastic guards and started cleaning carpets upstairs. Then a second truck arrived and protected freshly painted corners with little plastic guards and started cleaning carpets downstairs. Then a Carpet repairman arrived, patched the upstairs carpet and tucked carpet under the trim both upstairs and downstairs. Everyone tried to get the matted carpet un-matted. They were not entirely successful, but it was not their fault. The carpet was old and thin. Very professional. Very fast. Very efficient. I have never seen anything like it. Of course, the experience was delightful.

Mark showed up on time. He did an excellent job. He got out spots another company was unable to get out. I was very happy about that. Their basic price was very competitive. I original signed up for basic service and called them last week to upgrade to the premium service since my carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The premium service was worth every extra penny. Very professional!

Dusty arrived right on time and explained exactly what he planned to do. I had one large room plus a small connecting area to be cleaned. The carpet is at least seven years old and had some pet and other stains. Dusty went above and beyond to make sure my carpet was spotless. I've used many well-known carpet cleaning companies in the past and none of them got my carpet this clean. It's been a month and it still looks as clean as the day he left, unlike other experiences I've had where the stains reappeared within weeks. The Angie's List deal was more than a bargain and I didn't hesitate to buy it after reading all the positive reviews for Clean Master. I highly recommend this company. I also had upholstery cleaning done and the results were just as good.

Mark arrived on time and was anxious to get working. He also provided carpet stretching for an additional $119, which was a service they said they could offer once on site. The entire job took 1.5 hours and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use them again.
