Mark, from Clean Master, provided the service of cleaning and deodorizing my rugs. I received a confirmation call after booking the date and a call from Mark when he was enroute (very accommodating!). My rugs looked like new and smelled wonderful. After having trained my puppy for four months, this was most rewarding. Mark gave me some suggestions how to preserve my rugs and asked me to check his work when he finished. I am very pleased with this company and with Mark. I'll definitely book again next year.

Dusty was very professional. He arrived on time and did excellent work. Made no promises of miracles and let me know which stains would not come out. Overall an excellent job! Will definitely use this company again.

It turned out our carpet was sun damaged and they couldn't do anything about that. I told them to go ahead and do what they could. They were professional.

This experience was professional from start to finish. I received a call first thing in the morning alerting me to the ETA of the technician. Then he ACTUALLY arrived on time! Dusty, the technician, immediately instilled confidence as he was professional and very courteous. He looked at the furniture and gave a fair estimate for additional work that I had requested. He immediately began to work and was diligent, thorough, and very conscientious. I was ready to get rid of the couch, chaise & chair however after Dusty worked on it, I might actually hang on to it for a while longer! It looked and smelled new again! I have had several upholstery cleaners over the years & equal number of mishaps with folks so this was a pleasant experience all the way around!

I called Clean Masters on Tuesday and scheduled for Thursday, carpet cleaning for 7 rooms and the stairs. They gave me a 2 hour window for the start time and called me 20 minutes before they arrived so I could get home from work. Dusty was the worker, very professional, got right to work and was done in a little more than one hour. He answered my questions, was very efficient and pleasant. The carpets dried quickly and look great. I will use hire Clean Masters again and will probably try some of their other services.

I purchased my carpet in 2011. I had it cleaned for the first time in the first part of 2014 by Stanley steemer I can say it was in dire straits of needing cleaning so this is the only comparison I have to go by. Stanley steemer applied the spot/stain remover in each area allowing it time to soak in while they set up the equipment wearing shoe covers they cleaned each room I watched as the steam came from the wand I had a visual of the cleaning process. when they finished my carpet looked liked new money. they applied the odor out/ deodorizer with a actual sprayer I was very pleased. ok the comparison why not go back with Stanley steemer you ask? because I had my angie's list membership and wanted to make the best of it and get my monies worth. I paid for the clean master service they called promptly the next day to schedule the appt was beth very polite the tech who came out phillip was also polite he set up his equipment which took a while drop white powder that smelled horrible in my driveway which he said was a cleaning agent then came inside spairingly sprayed spot/stain remover and started cleaning. I did not see any steam at all coming from his wand the water after I asked he said was about 120 degree after cleaning I asked about some areas I was still concerned with he said it was the best he could do while standing in my bedroom I looked down and what used to be a brown-ish spot was now a red spot he beat me to the punch and said I found shampoo in the carpet I said while still looking at this newly red spot in my beige carpet really. he said yes did you use something I said yes I used some resolve carpet cleaner in this area he said yes that's the worst. I didn't say it but was thinking maybe so but at least it didn't turn my carpet red. we moved to the second bedroom I asked while looking at a red spot in there which was there prior too what's the best method to quickly clean up spots he said honestly I don't no I use our spot cleaner. I was thinking to myself in the master bedroom you just said don't use resolve and the only answer you got now is I use our cleaner. well that's good for the sell of clean master specialty blended cleaner but does nothing for me a home owner trying to protect and prolong my very expensive investment. ok moving on to the living room I asked because I have my dog marley that has had a accident or two how much is the dog deodorizer he said its our odor out and its $25 I said ok lets do that only for the living room he said ok went to the truck came back with a spray bottle sprayed the living room all the solution that the ceiling fan didn't spread around actually hit the carpet from this spray bottle not sprayer so I paid $25 for about 3 teaspoons of odor out. we did a final walk thru he did again treat my areas of concern with more stain remover and a little hand brush essentially it done nothing other than aged my carpet by about 2 years in those spots because of that lil harsh hand brush. I struggled with paying more money but because my furniture was already moved and I wasn't satisfied I called my old friend Stanley steemer they just left an hour ago 8-21-15 I'm very pleased it cost me $125 but it was $9 cheaper than clean master. this review is not to hurt clean master but to help make it a better business and because both beth and philli[p was so nice I started to not leave any review at all wasn't going to say nothing bad but nothing good either. I guess I didn't want to seem mean then the more I thought about it if we customers don't leave honest reviews it does the business no justice in helping them improve and reach the full potential. good luck clean master. Im very pleased to provide this update within a few days beth from clean master called me immediately to apologize and inform me the employee that came out to service my home was being retrained and did not hesitate to offer me a full refund a long with a sincere heartfelt apology and thanked me for trying clean master which she and her husband has owned for about 16 years a few days later I received my refund in the mail. Beth you and your husband are real class acts thank you.

The technician was polite, punctual, and professional. He did the work extremely well and in a reasonable time. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Outstanding results.. Looks like new

This is the second time I have used Clean Master Carpet Cleaning. I was very impressed with the way my carpets looked the first time they came out and am equally pleased with the work they did today. My carpets look like they are brand new! I would definitely recommend them.

I had all of our carpets cleaned, as well as the stairs. We had several stains and some puppy issues to clean up. The carpet looked new when he was finished without any added up-charges. Also, I had a last minute scheduling request that he was happy to work around. I will absolutely call them again.

I had purchased one of those prepaid type services from Angieslist. I called them and told them I needed them to come out ASAP because I had sold my house sooner than anticipated and the buyers wanted me out ASAP. They were WONDERFUL even with the use of the prepaid service. They came out with a few days notice, did a good quality job, and very professional. They did a great job of cleaning the carpet and took out lots of stains.

Cleaners were very polite, professional and generous. They went beyond what was expected without being asked and without the nickel and dime approach common among carpet cleaning companies.

The team was fantastic. Extremely friendly, very efficient, and very professional. The guys did a great job with our carpet and cleaned it very quickly. They were great about keeping the work area clean and keeping us aware of their progress. The carpet looks great and we will be having them out on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend this company and their services!

It went as well as expected, they just cleaned the carpet. That was about it. We used it almost immediately. We had a room with pet odor and they weren't able to remove it. It didn't change much and for a little while it was worse maybe, because it was damp and fresh, I'm not sure. It was an additional $35 for the pet treatment. The price was fair. They were great for everything except the pet odor. I would recommend them for general cleaning but, not for pet odors.

Excellent job. Better than Dalworth--the stains came back when Dalworth did it previously. This group was professional, and removed all stains!

Cleaned carpets making sure that the really soiled areas received extra attention - looked wonderful when they were done.

Provider arrived within the window of time. He called when he was 15 minutes away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were quoted a much higher price by a competitor and were very pleased to find this deal on Angie's List. I would highly recommend this company!

It went fabulously. Jason rescheduled people when I wanted to get the cleaning done earlier. The tech showed up on time, called before he got there and then had to use his pocketknife to get the paint splatters off my dark tile in the master bathroom when the cleaning solution didn't do the trick. Went way beyond my expectations.

Excellent company. Dusty arrived on time, was careful not to make a mess in my home, and explained some options once he saw my furniture. Based on fabric content, he helped me decide what to do. He could have easily upsold me, but instead offered a very good solution of only vacuuming two chairs and steam cleaning the sofa. He did some creative problem solving due to the impossible location of my outdoor water connection, and used my washer connection instead. He returned everything just as it was, and my furniture looks great. Clean Master is preferable to me over the large corporate providers because they are flexible, honest, and don't use a script designed to sell extra stuff when on site. They are old school and they're awesome. I will certainly use this company again, and will recommend them to friends and family.
