Clean Master Carpet Cleaning was quick and efficient. Purchased the voucher over the weekend and carpet was cleaned 5 days later. This was a move-in cleaning, so they did not have to move furniture, etc., so they were in and out. Very satisfied.

Very happy with the service. We have dogs and he was able to remove all the stains. The carpet looked like new again.

Mark called when he was on his way and was at my house when promised. His work was excellent. He worked magic on the upholstery. The carpeting looks wonderful. He also moved my furniture-every single piece I asked him to. He worked quickly. I would have this company and Mark back any time I needed more work done, and would recommend him to friends without concern.

It went very good, in fact I just called them again. I didn't spend more and they came about three days. I have already used them again.

Jason was easy to work with and schedule in Decatur which is a little far out. I asked about his four room special. My duplex had only three carpeted rooms so I asked if he would clean the living room carpet in the adjoining unit. He agreed to do so as long as he didn't have to move his equipment. I had a lock box on the vacant unit and he worked with the tenant for the living room. We found a good mutual time and all went off great. I wasn't sure how the carpet would look as the living room was very dirty when the tenant moved out. It looked almost new when he was done. I'll continue to use Jason as he's very responsive, easy to work with, does a great job at does it for an attractive price.

Dusty was prompt and on time. We had already moved furniture and everything off the carpet, so he was in and out with his equipment in 30 mins. Like I said it was a small job, but they were very receptive from the start knowing that.

If you have ever struggled with another carpet cleaning company in the DFW area you need to call Clean Master. Scheduling was a breeze, the technician (Dusty) was knowledgeable and thorough and the price can't be beat. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family in the area and am looking forward to using them for different services in the future.

It went okay. There were some communication issues. There could have a better communication. When I booked it online, they said they would do it in 2 days and I didn’t hear from them. I booked it on a Monday morning and I hadn’t heard anything and I had to call them Wednesday morning and wasn’t able to get it done until almost 3 or 4:00 on Wednesday. Of course a lot of people coming in town so it was just a communication issue on that second thing but other than that, it was just fine.

They came when scheduled, and the carpet installer was still here, he came back on Saturday to do the job without even a hint at an extra charge. These guys are great.

They were very professional and on time. They called ahead of time and discussed all on my options. The price was reasonable and the results were amazing. This it the second time I have used them through Angie's List and I will use them again.

They went beyond my expectations by returning to spot clean without charge several areas that showed spotting after the initial cleaning (most likely a result of prior improper spot cleaning by ourselves or the prior owner). Provided useful information on the care and cleaning of our wool rugs.

My dog had gotten sick one night - unfortunately in more than one spot and in more than one room. I tried to remove the stains but could not get them completely. I called Clean Master. I was hoping to get someone out asap but it took several days, which is normal, I suppose. Clean Master had recently done a thorough cleaning of my carpets several months earlier so I only asked them to clean the stains. They did a great job and left the carpet spot-free. The technician was very friendly and courteous. Even left me a special cleaner packet in case it happened again!

Arrived on time and discussed the 4 rooms I wanted shampooed. My dog has had some accidents in one specific room and so he offered to deodorize at no extra cost. Very friendly gentleman, completed the service in under and hour and a half. Carpets look like new again. Would use them again and recommend with high marks.

Very prompt from e-mails through Angie's List, and was able to schedule that way and quickly. They gave me an upfront price that did not change, which was appreciated. They did an excellent job on all the floors, it looks so much better. You could tell they had lots of experience. They gave updates as they went and you could tell that doing a good job was very important.
