Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

Overall, the carpet looked a lot better. I've only had carpet cleaned like this 3-4 times and I felt like maybe some other places got some of the deeper stains out, but I can't say for sure. There were a few stains around furniture (that hadn't been moved in 10 years), and some high traffic areas, that did not seem to get any better. The areas that were just a little dirty looked great.

They arrived early and called 30 minutes before coming. Dusty did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets and the job was completed within an hour. My carpets look great and dried very quickly. Thank you Dusty for your excellent service. I will be using this company again :)

Dusty was polite and professional. Some of the areas and stains were a little too far gone, but Dusty did his best to make them look as good as possible.

Before we started, Dusty went over what he was going to do and what else he could do to help the problems. He listened to our needs and we formulated a plan to help save the carpet. Lifted out the dog and tobacco smell out of the carpets and removed deep stains from the previous owners. Highly recommend! Will do business with Carpet Master again.

Jared has cleaned our carpet twice. Both times he was on time as promised, very professional and thoroughly cleaned the carpets. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

Dusty arrived well ahead of my expectations at 8:30am in an 8-10am window so we started off on a great foot. He was very pleasant and very thorough with his workmanship. I asked him to pay special attention to an area and he made sure that I was happy with the results he provided. I will definitely use these guys again.

It wasn't great. They didn't dry the carpet well so I wasn't too pleased with the result. They wanted me to pay the taxes when I bought it. Everything else was okay. The carpet got smelly after the whole thing was done because they left the carpet wet. Basically it was a waste of time.

Carpets were both severely and moderately stained in various areas, and none of these were removed. Representative claimed that he tried everything possible, but the stains were probably old pet stains (no known pets had ever inhabited the house). Upon leaving, one of the cleaning machines was dragged across the dining room carpet leaving an indentation which became less noticeable in time, but that was really sloppy work. While no other carpet cleaning company may have been able to do a better job, I'd still use someone else in the future. Carpet did dry within 24 hours.

He was polite, efficient, and explained everything he was going to do. He was not at all pushy about adding extra services. I requested those myself. This is probably the 4th time I have used this company and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I mentioned in the initial call that black paint, spilled the night before, was on the dining room carpet & asked if it and dirt stains could be removed. The stained areas were pre-treated and and then the whole area was shampooed. The paint stain was still mostly visible and I was told that the only other option was to patch the area. Not all of the dirt stains were completely removed. After he left, I bought a paint stain remover from Home Depot and the majority came up - enough to where it was disguised by the lighting shadows - major improvement. I also requested a stain prevention treatment, but was told that it wasn't needed for 4 year old carpet. About 3 months later the dirt stains resurfaced.

We hired this company to come clean the carpets in our home, and the walk in master shower of the master bathroom. The shower was cleaned, but after the water had dried, I found that some tiles still had a film of soap scum, and there were areas that seemed to be missed. The shelf in the corner, and the nook where the shampoo went seemed to be the most problem areas. There was also a few areas around the corner seat in the shower that still looked the same, and I had to get in on my hands and knees to clean it myself, and that was mildly aggravating after spending $125 to have it cleaned. The carpets were cleaned very well, and the house smelled very clean and fresh afterwards. The technician was very nice, and worked hard. No problems whatsoever with the carpet cleaning itself. My only complaint might be that I feel like the shower cleaning charge was wasted money, because it didn't clean as much as we had hoped, and still left a lot behind.

Carpet Masters were very responsive, provided a reasonable estimate for the work, and performed their service in a quick and efficient manner, Price was good, response was good, and we will use them again.

I bought the offered coupon offered on Angie's List and immediately called to make an appointment. Owner answered, was friendly and was able to set up the appointment time exactly when I wanted for 3 days later. Appointment was for arrival 2-4 but at 12:45 the tech called me and said he was finished and could show up earlier so he was at the house by 1:15. Dusty was the carpet tech and was very friendly and professional. He didn't try upselling at all (that was my biggest concern with having my carpets cleaned); in fact I asked him if he had time to clean my chair since that wasn't scheduled. I was very please with the outcome and will use them again when needed. In fact, next on my list- the tiled area in my kitchen/ dining room. I will ask for Dusty when I make that appointment. I highly recommend Clean Master Carpet Cleaning!

Scheduling was easy. Service was great. Carpets looked and smelled good when done. The technician spent some time with me answering my questions about maintenance and spot cleaning between services which I really appreciated.

Went great. The floor tile is almost white, and grout is a linen color. Everything came out/off. I was very happy.
