My initial review was based on the failure of this company to respond to a voice mail regarding problems continuing with rats after the treatment. The company has contacted me and discovered that the issue was due to voice mail not being received. Harry bent over backward to remedy the issue even though it was not his fault. He immediately had a tech come to my place, fix the garage door seal issue, and left a tube trap to monitor the continued activity of the rats. He also extended the warranty an additional six months to ease my attitude. I have reversed my initial thoughts and attitude to this company. Harry went out of his way to remedy the situation even though it was not his fault. These are the type of people I truly enjoy working with and highly recommend them to anyone having a rodent issue that needs to be resolved.

Very responsive and understanding. Over a week's time Harry trapped and removed a raccoon family - mother and at least 3 pups that were frolicing nightly in the ceiling between the first and second floors of the house, Treated for roof rats with bait tubes and "sealed" entry points at the eaves of the roof. Was on time , explained everything and, most importantly, succeeded.

Good work

I had several squirrels calling my attic home. Also there were some occasional roof rat activity past and present. They came and treated for the roof rats by setting bait tubes. They throughly explained how the elimination process would work. After a week they came back to the house, Cleaned and sanitized the attic, and then sealed the house openings in the roof and garage. They installed a one way door to let any squirrels out when they finished sealing the openings. The first night I observed 4 squirrels frantically trying to get in the sealed opening right at dark. I followed them around the house and watched them trying to get in the attic in another place Sharp's had sealed. It was funny. My neighbor might not be to happy because they left my roof and went over to his. So far we have not seen or heard any squirrel or other critter activity in our attic.

Harry is very focussed on customer service, his personal engagement including a visit to my home to address the work scope was very much appreciated

Harry knows what he s doing, front office very professional and responsive. Anytime I needed them out they came. Excellent experience. Squirrels are gone.

Harry and Toni are top rate great people

Their technicians were great. They closed up the entrances where the squirrels were entering and hung a one way door on their exit opening. Although we thought the problem was initially resolved, within a few days more noises were still being heard from the attic. Gilbert made a return visit and located an additional place that the squirrels were using to enter the attic. He closed that up and that eliminated the problem. They returned a third time to remove the one-way door and to seal up the hole that the squirrels had made in the soffit! Quality work and quality workers. Highly recommend their services.

Harry did a great job for a fair price in sealing a vent where squirrels were getting into a roof overhand. He backs up his work and makes sure the job is done correctly. Wm. B.

Things went well.

The tech, Harry, came out for the inspection at the agreed upon time and was professional. We agreed to a price and set a time for the work (sealing of rodent entry points) to be performed the following week. On the morning of the appointment, Sharp's withdrew from the job because they did not feel comfortable with the price agreed to previously, and because they felt that I had asked too many questions in the interim about the work to be performed. Sharp's is not professional and they do not value customer relations - I do not recommend this service provider.

These guys and gal were awesome. 9 out of 10 traps were successful. Definately rid me of my racoon problem and one possum. All safely relocated. Will use in the future!
