Initial contact: the technician will come to your home, assess the problem, and fix (or collect an estimate fee). The technician showed up very promptly, assessed the refrigerator, and provided an estimate of $300 "because the part was very expensive". I agreed and the repair took about 45 minutes from beginning to end (including the repair estimate). The repair was guaranteed for 90 days. After the repair, I discovered that I should have been entitled to a "senior discount" which was not offered, the part was available online for $45 with a 1-year warranty or locally for $85 with a lifetime warranty. In either case, this service call cost about $300/hour which I consider exorbitant. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE repair, even though it was actually an effective repair. A follow-up call to the organization promised a refund of the promised "senior discount" but nothing has been received. Bottom line: Service response - prompt Repair - effective Cost - VERY HIGH Value - poor Customer service - less than zero I would not recommend this organization to anyone unless price and customer service are absolutely no consideration.
