Harold ( owner of Proactive Partners ) came to our house and looked at what we needed him to do, then met with the adjuster that the insurance company sent. He then drew up the contract, and went over everything with us, and answered all our questions then walked us threw step by step of how the whole process would go. He also called and worked with our insurance company for us. he was at our house every morning and oversaw the crews, from start to finish.
