Fast friendly service. Joe was on time or called in advance if there was any delay due to job ahead of ours. He cleaned up afterwards and showed us the invoice for all parts needed. Everything worked when he finished the job.

Very professional and kept me advised throughout the job. Very reasonable.

Communication, both automated and personal/phone needs to be better. Appt times were not communicated for the revisit and the automated process ultimately reported one apt time and tech appeared another. Tech seemed skilled and was committed to qualityvwork

American Air-Customs is a great family run business. As a new homeowner in the DFW area, I am very happy I found them! I had what I thought was an emergency only 2 days after moving into my new home - I thought the AC drain pipe was backed up and sent an emergency note out to a few HVAC companies. Virginia called me right back...at 11pm on a Sat night, and sent someone out first thing Monday morning. Joe has been my technician for my HVAC tune ups since then and he is very knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.

Joe the repair specialist immediately determined that the dishwasher drain pump was out and gave us a price to fix. We decided to buy a new one instead and simply paid the service call fee. We appreciated how communication between the scheduler and Joe and us was quick and clear. Will call them in the future for other services they provide beyond dishwasher repair.

tHEY DID N They did not seem to care about resolving the problem or giving me any information about how I could resolve the problem myself. They just said; Nope its broke, It's cheaper to get a new refrigerator.
