Was able to come out quickly to fix my problem. Can't believe how fast Ross fixed my toilet! Very polite.

Courteous and professional; cleaned up after themselves. First visit they diagnosed and make fixture recommendations. Once fixtures purchased I scheduled second visit which they completed install of faucet and disposal in about 1 hour.

My interaction with the office staff by telephone when I set up the appointment was excellent. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from the office saying the plumber could be there a little earlier than the scheduled time. I said sure. Ross showed up a little later and did a great job. He removed an old, inoperative instant hot water recirculating pump system and installed a new one on our water heater. He was efficient, professional, and an all-around nice guy. We invited him to stay at our house for lunch, but he had to move on to another job. Great service.

good professional work. good prep, workmanlike digging, putting the dirt onto a tarp instead of the ground, preserved the sod, and found a path that would do the minimal damage to shrubs. Very good connections. excellent cleanup afterwards. communications during the project were very good; I always knew what progress had been made. Overall, excellent job.

I have only glowing praise for the staff at Tioga beginning with the friendly reception staff all the way to the plumbers. The pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to a quote from another plumber. Terry explained all the options for replacing my kitchen line along with the cost of each. Once the line was exposed, he determined that the least expensive option would be the quickest and best. They completed the work in the time frame promised which included solving another eyesore left by a previous plumber and taking care of a last minute request from me to replace a loose pipe fitting. Terry and his assistants were prompt, polite and very professional. In addition, after they cleaned up, it looked better than before they started! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Toga Contractor representative was on time and completed the job in less than 30 minutes and charged less than was expected.

It was Bait and Switch. I asked for an energy star rated product and they installed one that wasn't and then told me it wasn't after they installed it. Since they charged me for the more expensive product, they did renegotiate the price after I pointed it out.

Johnny and his assistant Henry were able to resolve the clogged drain in no time. I appreciate the quality of service and friendliness. Also, I have two toilets to be installed and Johnny recommended that I wait until the tile is laid before their installment. He also looked at my dripping outside faucet and recommended that it be replaced at the time he installs the toilets. This would save me some money. His estimate was fair. Most of all, I appreciate his enthusiasm and willingness to save the customer some dollars.
