Description of Work: Doug repaired shower fixtures which had been incorrectly anchored behind the new tiling. (by someone else) This is the 2nd time Doug has done work for me. Each time he has arrived on time, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He is very pleasant and courteous.

I appreciated his thoughtfulness in notifying me as soon as possible. He was prompt, polite and very professional. I was very pleased with the service he provided and feel the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Hydrostatic water test on shower pan and bath tub.

+ -1 moreDoug answered my email giving me some idea of the cost. He called when he was running late. He also did just what needed to be done. I felt comfortable with what he did and charged - although I have nothing to compare it with. He was very personable and cleaned up everything afterward. I would call him again.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking faucet at back of house. Stopped leak underneath bathroom sink. Replaced two tub/shower fixtures. (We had already purchased the fixtures.)

+ -1 moreDOUG CAME TO FIX WHAT THE HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE COMPANY PLUMBER MESSED UP. HE WAS PROMPT AND WAS HERE JUST WHEN HE SAID HE'D BE. HE QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE MESSED UP REPAIR AND HAD TO TRACK DOWN SOME PROBLEMS THAT THE OTHER GUY LEFT. HE SPENT EXTRA TIME WITH US AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA TIME. HE IS AN HONEST MASTER PLUMBER WHO GOES THE EXTRA MILE. HE EVEN WORKED WITH US ON THE TOTAL PRICE BECAUSE HE KNEW WE'D ALREADY PAID FOR THE REPAIR ONCE.
Description of Work: DOUG FIXED TWO LEAKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AND INSTALLED TWO FAUCETS. HE ALSO CLEARED TWO DRAINS. HE SNAKED THE DRAINS FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. HE HAD TO REROUTE SOME OF THE LINES TO MAKE IT WORK CORRECTLY.
