Description of Work: They did a maintenance checkup on the unit. They are excellent people. They really are conscientious and have come out in terrible heat. They also maintain our heating and A/C unit.

 + -1 moreAir Worth scheduled a service time for the same day I called them. The scheduled arrival time was a two hour bracket. Service man called immediately before coming, arrived at start of scheduled bracket time, was courteous and professional. The compressor was not running; he quickly isolated the problem to the Run Capacitor (a common HOT temperature failure item) and provided an estimate before replacing. Upon checking the refrigerant level, he found the system to be over charged and removed refrigerant lowering it to the proper level. He also went up into the attic and checked the rest of the system.
Description of Work: Replaced Run Capacitor on compressor/fan, checked refrigerant level, and system integrity.

 + -1 moreMARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RETURNED MY CALL IMMEDIATELY. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY - WORKING ON SUNDAY -, SO THAT THE UNIT THAT SERVICES OUR MASTER BEDROOM AND MY OFFICE WOULD BE REPLACED QUICKLY AND WE WOULD BE INCONVENIENCED AS SHORT OF TIME AS POSSIBLE.
