Mr. Brisbin and his crew are very professional. He assessed the roof and recommended a complete replacement. The existing roof had premature failure of the shingles and was leaking. His crew arrived as scheduled. They were very careful with my outdoor furniture and respectful of my extensive landscaping. Nothing was damaged. Some previously undetected rot on the roof decking was discovered and all damaged decking was thoroughly replaced. A thorough clean up completed the job. The crew also cleaned the gutters of any debris. 

Lance Brisbin, the owner is a through gentleman. He arrived a few weeks earlier, assessed the situation and provided a quote. The work was completed on the 29th. I arrived a day later (I was not on location when the work was performed) and checked the results. Everything was completed very well. They even resolved some issues that were left incomplete by another roofing company. Highly professional and recommended.

This is all you need when you have problems!!! Very punctual, very professional and considerate gentleman . I will recommend him over and over. I'm glad I have met someone with a real interest on doing things the right way :)

Wonderful. I was worried about roses and other flowers that surrounded my porch, but they took great care to protect them during the entire project. We would definitely recommend this company for re-roofing work.

They were okay but the service turned out okay. The guy that came out was service oriented, easy to work with and has good communication. His crew did a good job. They never really followed-up with me. They did some work over here but I wanted them to do some other work for me and I never heard back from them.

Lance arrived on-time with crew and began repair.  Half-way through repair Lance reviewed the damage and then advised us that the repair was not as extensive as he had estimated and designed an alternative repair on-the-fly which was below estimate.
Repair was completed early and blended perfectly with the original structure.
Lance is honest, punctual, and thorough.
Will use again.

I have used Lance Brisbin for many years. Throughout this time he would sway I did not yet need a roof, but explain my problem and fix it for under $200.00. Now my 21 year old roof does need to be changed. Lance was great at explaining everything, assisting with product selection. I had to have community approval and he went and took care of that. I got my approval letter 2 days. When the rain finely stopped he texted me the day before, and basically installed the roof in one day. It wasn't as loud as I thought and the roof looks great. I now have a roof to stand up to 130 mile winds from a hurricane, and do not have to worry about leaks. Lance helped me keep the previous roof as long as possible. Many people on the street changed their roofs 3-5 years ago, but Lance would inspect it and say looks good, and wait. He was there overseeing everything, and I really felt he had high standards for his product, with great construction. He was not an absent owner. I felt he wanted to make sure his high standard were met thought the process, and his coustomers got a great product installed well. I have recommended him to several friends

Mr. Bisbin came out promptly, (next day) at an agreed upon time, and listened attentively to my description of the problem. He was responsive and quickly determined the cause of the leak by going into the attic. He also described how the leak happened, which was due to poorly placed nails around the plumbing boots.  He addressed the specific problem, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or exaggerate the problem; therefore, I appreciate  his honesty. An estimate was emailed to me the next day, and I called him and arranged a time for the repair. The crew arrived about an hour earlier than we discussed, but that was fine, as the job was finished even earlier; they were done in around 2 hours.  Trash was picked up promptly, and care was taken to not throw debri on the flower beds.  I didn't see Mr. Brisbin with the crew as they worked that day, not sure if he came out or not. He called a day later and asked if he could deliver the invoice, which he did and I paid for services rendered. I asked about a guarantee on work performed and he stated they offered a 3 year guarantee.  Overall, I find Brisbin's Roofing to be a professional and responsive service and I trust the work they performed.  I would definitely use them again.

What I like about this Company is that a lot of companies will come and say that I need a whole new roof. When we had the hurricane he told me that my roof is totally fine. When I had a concern he came right out, and told me that it is just a tile and that it would take just $100 to refill them and that I don?t need anything else. Then there was another leak in another corner and he came out and said that it is because a piece is piling down and that needs to be sealed and that is all I need. He advised me to keep the roof as long as I can and when it is time we will do it. He is not one those people who if I have a concern would sell me a whole new roof. He is one of those guys who would come up here periodically for the last five years access the problem, fix the problem, and has not charged me much at all. My daughter is going for tutoring and there was a man there who was getting his roof done through this Company and I inquired why he chose him and he told me that this guy does quality work and uses better products. It was an older man who was standing there and who said that the whole construction, what he does and the process are of high quality. I cannot quote how much he has charged for the past five years because I am not technical. Even after the hurricane he walked around the whole house and said that I have done fine and that there is no damage. He comes back every five years and tells me that there is still life in my roof and advices me to hold on to it. Last time he actually came out here it was free because I had a concern then and he told me it does not cost me anything and he just took care of it. The time before that maybe like a$150, not much at all. He addresses the concerns and does not charge much at all. He is very knowledgeable and keeps advising me to hold on to the roof and get the life out of your roof. Like I said other people around the area not with insurances or whatever tells me that I need a new roof. I drop the idea. I have a 20 year old roof so I have him come out here every year to look at it and he reassures me that it is still holding up and advises me to keep going on. His customer service is great and people who have gotten his roof, is of high quality, and he does great work. At least he does not come out here and say that he will replace everything. I will keep using him.

I had called several roofing companies to obtain quotes for the roof leak I had over my hot water heater and most were too busy or simply did not do repair or small jobs. Mr Brisbin responded to my request for a quote, called and arrived on time to perform an inspection and provide me with a quote. The workers showed up on time the day the work was scheduled and while they were here I asked if they would inspect the other vents on my roof. With a quick call to their office I have a quote that I thought was very reasonable to add the additional work and complete it. I would recommend Brisbin roofing and certainly use their company again.

They were very professional. The first time they came was right away. We were actually leaving the country, so he sent his guys over the next day. The guys worked well into the night to finish it for us. The second time it took a couple days to get a hold of them.

Lance and his crew are awesome! He came to give me my written estimate the day I called him, and it was FAR less than what we expected. We didn't even shop around because we couldn't believe the price! His crew came the next week and completed the entire job in a day and a half. They worked like a well-oiled machine. There were guys down on the ground making sure no nails were left behind and handing supplies up to the guys on the roof. It was very efficient, and we were completely impressed.

Brisbin Roofing Solutions is truly customer oriented, and they went out of their way a number of times to accommodate us. We are very satisfied with the way the roof and the siding has turned out. They guarantee their work, and if there is any problem, we trust they can fix it, but we know there won't be a problem at all. They were always polite and did an immaculate clean up job when everything was done. We feel we found the best company we could and are happy to have used them.
