I originally was looking for a company a few months back. I wanted to check companies out in advance. Of the four companies, this is the one I chose because I felt that Manuel and Eliseo were the most professional on the original meeting. The guys arrived today and in less than three hours they had completed the job.

It took me a year to get my AC set up properly. Too cold and too hot in many rooms. They also did not do everything they said. Get it in writing didn't work out. Didn't replace all the inlets and registers. No UV light to kill mold. I now have something dark grey growing around my registers.

He had to come back the next day but was very prompt in response which we appreciated

Elesio showed up on time and was very professional. We just had basic service done, but he was very careful to explain any problems found and shared pictures of any concerns.

I installed what I thought was a state-of-the-art multi zoned Carrier infinity system. What JUNK. Biggest mistake I ever made. For the last two years it's been one service after another replacing sensors and boards. Zero degree won't even call me back anymore. They were OK at first but I think they've given up to. I'm ready to get a lawyer and sue Carrier. They made my home unlivable at various and random intervals..

The service men were very nice and spent some time trying to figure out my air duct problem. The scheduling was poor. They were supposed to be there at 4 PM. I rushed to get home from work and they appeared at 5:20. The second time I made an apt for 8AM. At 8:30 I called to find out where they were and the guy said that his partner hadn't made it in that day and that they could not come. They NEVER called me to tell me that, and I stayed home from work to meet them. The third try they were supposed to be there at 4 PM and at 4:30 they called to say they would be late. So, scheduling is a problem with this company.

Hired for second opinion of previously diagnosed freon leak requiring ~ $2500.00 repair. Confirmed the leak but suggested low cost option that ultimately may not be a permanent fix, but for about a hundred bucks was well worth a try.

They wanted to bill me for a trip charge before providing a quote which is different than what Home Advisor stated prior to sending them the sales lead. Home Advisor said they would provide me a free quote. Anyhow, I worked out with Zero Degree Refrigeration (ZDR) and they recommended a great solution, were friendly, and charged a fair price. I would recommend this A/C company to others as long as they promised to provide a free quote to the people that I refer. ZDR did a good job at my house.
