Description of Work: Great window at a great price. Noticed comfort level in our 30 year old house changed immediately. Salesman, Maurice, was helpful and professional. Installation crews did a super job with minimal mess or damage.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 40+ year old aluminum windows. Lonnie, the sales person was refer to me by a friend and was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or aggressive in any way which was nice after some of the others I had met with. The windows came in earlier than expected and were installed on a day that was convenient for me which was a Saturday. The 3 man crew was professional & courteous. They did there best to clean up after themselves, inside & outside. The only problem we had was 1 large screen was bent and 2others had small tears in them. I contacted the office the same day, they sent me an e-mail the next day so I could mark up what windows they were on. I also attached pictures of the tears for their records. New screens have been ordered and I am awaiting their delivery/installation. The only suggestion I have for the company is for them to clean the outside of the windows with full screens prior to putting the screens on. I have shoulder & hand prints from when the windows were carried off the truck that still need to be cleaned off. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone that asks, which has been quite a few people now that my house looks fantastic!!

Description of Work: They replaced two large windows and left us a third window for our carpenter to install. The quality seems great, the installation went smoothly, and we got three windows for less than others had quoted for the one largest window.

Description of Work: Replaced windows in house. Took too long to get windows in. When they came to install they did not finish the job and did not return until we contacted them. They said it was because they were waiting for parts for the sliding glass door. In the meantime all of my furniture was still out of place waiting on them to return. They installed the wrong window in the bathroom and they has never been resolved. I just gave up. They charged my credit card twice and and to call and get that taken care of. Windstorm did not pass on sliding glass door. I could go on and on but will stop here.

Description of Work: Took long time for doors and windows to come in. Had to come out a couple of times to make measurements. Ordered wrong doors then put in one door backwards! They should have known they installed improperly. Will say that installation of windows was fine and done very quickly. They did leave quite a mess though.

 + -1 moreThe free estimate seemed incredibly reasonable compared to others, with little apparent difference in quality. Upon deciding to go ahead, the salesman came back out immediately, took measurements & told me that they would call in 3 weeks to schedule the installation. 3 weeks to the day, they did call and scheduled a time that was convenient for me (in the same week). When the installers arrived, I found out that they were from the Baton Rouge office, because Houston had gotten backed up on installations, so they brought in extra crews to keep their customer commitments (I was impressed). They were pleasant & completed the installation in 1 day, finishing after it was dark. Both a service rep and my salesman stopped by during the day to check on the installation. The next day when I was able to look at the windows closer, I found a few issues (hole in screen, trim work, loose screens). I was scheduled for a follow-up visit to correct these - they came, fixed , & I'm happy.
Description of Work: Installed 19 new vinyl windows throughout my home. These windows are double hung (slide from both top and bottom) and double paned with low-E gas.

They seem to know what they were talking about and they seemed to be very professional. I have not yet made a decision, but, I feel pretty confident with them. I do not plan to do this project for quite sometime.
Description of Work: I am going to eventually have someone install seven regular sized windows in my home. I called Window World as one of my choices to come out and give me a quote on the windows. They came out, saw what I wanted done and quoted me $2,300 for the work.

 + -1 moreI received five estimates and decided to use Window World because of the quality of their window, the reasonable pricing and the honesty and knowledge of the sales person Mr. Preston Stephens. The work crew was excellent and experienced. They cleaned up very thoroughly.
Description of Work: All windows (17) and one patio door replaced with Series 6000 double glass, low E Argon gas filled windows and door. Old windows removed and new windows installed and caulk sealed. The window trim was completed days later( by another company) when the siding was also replaced.

 + -1 moreWhen I called I spoke with Dan who said that he was basically hesitant to proceed without speaking with my husband at the same time as me. He didn't want to give the estimate without my husband there. My husband is out of out town, and these are MY projects. I was shocked that in this day and age I apparently need my husbands permission to do work on our home. I am canceling. my appointment with them. Very shocking to say the least.
