Description of Work: money was paid to angie's list. plumber checked toilets for leakage. I did not observe him checking pipes outside so I asked him to and then he did. he was very responsive to my questions even after he had left the home that day. The inspection was visual, no machines were involved. I had expected that but I was not sure what an inspection entails.

Description of Work: Edwin replaced the bathtub hot/cold rotating valve which was calcified and wouldn't flow hot water. He also set a toilet that we had purchased, using a new flange (I had knocked out the old flange) - %51 with discount. At my mother's house he replaced the same tub valve and replaced the washing machine's inlet cold water valve - $395 with discount. He was very courteous and personable and did excellent work. He listened to our inputs and got everything working great. I thought the price seemed a bit high although the 10% discount helped, but then we have not used plumbers recently. It was less money for better service, I think, than a big name plumbing company that we used some years ago.

Description of Work: They did a great job, but the job seemed small to me (leak in the pipe running from sink into cabinet underneath). First, he quoted a higher price and was then willing to come down some. I don't want to feel like I'm at a used car dealership and have to bargain with someone for the cost of a repair. The replacement part he used was stainless. The builder used PVC, which in my opinion should have been fine. The gentleman said they only carry the stainless because it's the best.

Description of Work: They worked on the drip irrigation system. They have also repaired plumbing issues in our house.

Description of Work: Our toilet tank was leaking. The service man replaced the seal and left. Several hours later we had an even worse leak. It was late in the evening and we were closing on the house the next morning. We called the 24 hour service number; after leaving a message and waiting several hours, we called a different company. The plumber that came out was shocked at what he found. The seal between the tank and the bowl hadn't been installed correctly at all.

Description of Work: He replaced washing machine hoses and he replaced the faucets to them, in the laundry room. Overall, the work was good with no leaks. The only reason for a B instead of an A is because now one faucet is shorter than the other and before the faucet change they were the same. No explanation was given, even when I asked.
