Erica was a pleasure to work with on scheduling, we were able to get an appointment for the next day. Brandon and Rex arrived on time, were courteous, educating and fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable for the work and we have a 90 warranty. We used the special available through Angie's List. The guys didn't rush, they took their time making sure the job was done correctly and cleaned up before they left. We will call again for future needs and highly recommend from our experience.

The technician showed up on-time and replaced the washer connections and tested for leaks. He was courteous professional.

I had several leaks and had been putting off calling a plumber because of overinfalted prices which many charge. I come from a fmily of plumbers and know what things should cost but figured I'd call Wedgeworth since there was a Angie's List deal. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment within 1 day and even offered a FREE ESTIMATE which made my decision even easier. I've had plumbers try to charge for a service call and diagnostic fee when I told then exactly what the problem was ahead of time. Sean [master plumber] arrived within the 1h time period and explained everything to my wife [ and me over the phone]. He stated that the bathroom faucet could be repaired instead of replaced...which would have involved removing tiles, expensive parts, etc. My wife stated that he was extemely frinedly and professional. He did an excellent job for what I think is a very reasonable price. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN RECOMMEND SEAN TO ANYONE I KNOW.

He looked at the age of the water heater and the fact that it had old plastic connections. He said it would not be worthwhile to flush it because of the age and the problems that could arise with the old plastic connections. The water heater is 17 years old. He was honest for telling me that.

I needed a plumber, I saw they had an Ange's List Deal. I called them to see if I was in their service territory. I scheduled an appointment for the same day. They gave me a 2 hour window and called before they arrived. They were very punctual and professional. They completed the work quickly. They were neat and clean and covered their shoes before they entered the house. I asked them for price quotes on future projects and I liked that they had a price book. They explained the different options available. Completely impressed and highly satisfied.

Sean did a great job and I will use him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Sean came by with his large Wedgeworth plumbing truck. He was very professional and informative. He found a gas leak and it was minor enough that he went ahead and repaired it on the spot. Great service and I'd hire him again.

Wedgeworth and Sean worked with me on the schedule. Sean went above and beyond what was required to make sure the work was done properly, which included some peripheral work not originally part of the job.

Charged me $259.00. each for the two running toilets and $268.00 for the toilet that the top part was leaking. This totaled $786.00. I had purchased $200 worth of plumbing services for app. $124 and I trusted Angie's List, so I decided to go forward even though the price seemed high. (With the $200 of previously purchased services applied to the $786, the total I paid today was $586). I asked for a breakdown, and Brandon told me this was the only breakdown available. He made the repairs in well under 2 hours, thus earning (assuming app. $50 for parts) well over $400/hour. I read the reviews on Angie'sList before posting this. In May 2013, they charged $171 to repair 2toilets. In another review in May 2013, they charged $150 to replace "internal water flushing system" of a toilet. And in June 2013, they said they would have offered a $50 discount on a second toilet if the homeowner had chosen to have the second toilet fixed. After Brandon finished the work and accepted me check, he informed me that one toilet rocked side to side and would probably require additional work in the future for between $200 and $500, depending on the problem. I feel he should of informed me of the problem earlier. I suspect he did not because he might not be able to charge me as much as he could if he came back another time. I cannot comment on the quality of the repairs as it has just been completed. I feel I was overcharged and was charged more than they evidently normally do. I was hoping to find a plumber I could rely on when I needed help. I guess I will still be looking and will need to rely on more than a company merely being listed on Angie's List in the future.

They installed a kitchen faucet for a big deal I purchased.

Had five kids in the house (grandkids that is) sink was totally backed up. Called Wedgeworth, but their guys were on other calls. She said she would try to get someone there between 2 - 6 pm.... it was 6 pm! However, the plumber was friendly, apologized over and over for being late, fixed the problem in no time and fixed the pipe on the dishwasher too!! Gave me a good discount and was overall a really nice guy!! Yes, I would use them again - after I make sure I call far enough in advance to get a good time. I think this is a good company - they are small and therefore do not have a large number of plumbers to go around - worth waiting for.

I had my AC/electric furnace replaced last May and needed a new gas line installed. The previous gas line was unusable due to leaks. Gary and an associate were able to work around a very tight attic in my old 1920's bungalow and install the new line to the new gas furnace. They were both very professional and courteous to work with and I would highly recommend them. It has been great having good heating during the cold winter nights this season.

I called midday Saturday and the phone was answered immediately. We figured that there would be an extra charge for coming out on Saturday but that was not the case. Gary arrived several hours later (right in the window of time we were told to expect). He got right to the job and had it finished in no time. Gary was very pleasant, professional and all around good guy. The only negative comment would be that their website does not clearly state that they service the Greater Houston area. When I saw the Seabrook address I almost didn't make the call.....and that would have been a mistake.

Original call-out was for clogged line. Wedgeworth unclogged the line, and recommended the removal of a modification by a previous owner to prevent further clogs. Had them remove the modification. Second callout was to replace water heater. They did so, taking care to avoid getting house dirty (attic access requires dragging old water heater through house). They are knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced.

Gary was friendly and efficient. He said probably some food and/or oil built up in the drain (there is no way we can clean it ourselves). The whole job took less than an hour. He tested out by filling up the sink and disposal 3 times to make sure everything drains okay. He asked how we found out about them and we said Angie's list, Gary quoted the price up front and automatically gave us the 10% Angie's list discount (no 'I didn't give you a discount because you didn't ask').

Plumbing problems are always dirty and this was no exception. I knew I had a leak when I discovered water running across my sidewalk. Sean was great. First he determined that is was my line (of course) and not my neighbor's since both lines run to the same meter box. Sean explained the options and pricing to me. Once the decision was made, Sean began digging to locate the line. I was so impressed and my gardener will be too. Sean carefully dug up and removed pieces of sod, in order to dig down for the water lines without destroying my front yard. The leak was located, a new section of flexible pipe was put in, and all the dirt and mud filled back into the hold. Sean set the sod back in place and washed down the entire area. I couldn't be happier. I have a couple other small repairs that need to be done done and I will definitely be calling Wedgeworth Plumbing.

First of all I had called ARS but read all the bad reviews on Angie's list and cancelled my appointment with them.. Then I found this company and boy I am glad I did. they were able to come out the afternoon I had called them.. Arrived in the time frame I was given and they called to let me know the plumber was 15 min away. They first plumber that came out accessed the situation and because I did not have a clean out drain, the procedure required them to go through the pipe in the roof. It required a two people to do this. So he called and spoke to another plumber who had been on a big job all day with an assistant. That plumber agreed to come once he was done at that job and they gave me an estimated time of between 5-7pm. they knew I was in bind - couldn't flush toilet, take a shower, etc. the guys showed up at 5:30 pm. they assessed the situation and pulled out their equipment and climbed onto my roof and began work. after about 30 mins of snaking they came to the clog and cleared it. they said they found some sort of material on the end of they snake and said it could be something like a handi wipe. I did not realize that those bathroom wipes that claim to be flush able actually are not and that was the cause of my problem. so if you are using those beware they are really not flushable and if you live in an older home that has a concrete sewer pipe they can get caught up in there and eventually backup your system. But back to the plumber, he came in and explained the situation charged me what the estimate was. I was really happy with them and their service. I am also planning on having them install a clean-out trap.

Gary is indeed the hero. Well dressed, kind, simple and clear on what he needs to do, honored the Angie discount w/o a hitch, has run like a charm and saved me further hours of headache and pain - well worth the money. Fairly priced.

The work was done by Brandon. His card says he is "Extraordinary Plumber" and I believe that is accurate. After evaluation of the present leaking water situation, he gave me a few options to consider when purchasing a new disposal and after review Brandon installed the new disposal. It was apparent that he knew exactly what he was doing and the installation was successful and - thankfully - uneventful. He cleaned up all debris and removed the old disposal to his truck. In addition to be competent Brandon was most pleasant and professional. It was a great service call. The Angie's List coupon was honored with no issues. Thank you..
