I highly recommend that you select Eros and his United Roofing System company for your roof replacement. There are many reviews on this site detailing people's experiences working with Eros. They are worth reading as I made my decision, in part based on those reviews. And the reviews are accurate. URS is a first rate company, and a good decision. FWIW, here's my experience. Replace a roof is expensive and a pain to have to work with sales guys/contractors who are desperate to get your business. I decided early on to get five bids that i obtained through Angie's List and HomeAdvisor. Turns out Eros was my first meeting. Eros came out the same day I spoke with him. We had a brief meeting. He came prepared with a quote! (based on estimating roof sq footage using google maps.) I then met with four others. In summary, all the others were agents of a roofing company, working on a commission, I suspect. (Eros was the only owner to visit.) Some were professional, some not, Some experienced, and some very young. Some insisting on working with an insurance agent, some not. Some willing to offer quotes immediately, some not until after they knew how much the insurance would cover! Some wearing a mask, others only after you asked them to do so. It was quite a mixed bag, and in a way I'm glad I went through the process because the person/company that ticked ALL the boxes was Eros. So let's talk about Eros. He owns the company. He's experienced He has an experienced crew. His quote was reasonable. He wasn't really interested in working with an insurance company. His comment was to work with the insurance agent, get the settlement check , then call him. (Trust me, that's not how several of the contractors work.) I called Eros after talking with the others to let him know that I wanted to work with him. At this meeting he stated that he would be at the job with his crew first thing in the morning, then around noon, and then finally at the end of the day. Also, importantly, Eros wanted zero money upfront, only when the job was completed and I was happy with the work done. To sum up, the job went well. Eros, true tp his word, was there morning, noon and at the end of the day. His crew worked quickly, and were done in a single day. To me indicating an experienced, well trained crew. And the following morning Eros was back again for a final check. One last item, a few days after the install one of the wind turbines installed was making noise. I emailed Eros thinking it might be a few days before I hear back after all he had my money and was on to the next project. Wrong, he texted me back quickly, and the fan was fixed in a day or two. I could go on but I hope I have conveyed to you that Eros and company are solid, and you should definitely speak with him before signing with anyone else.

Excellence and Affordability! Not only were they the best price, but the owner answered every one of my text and emails upfront, and the workers were on time and finished in one day, leaving behind no trash, not a single nail (just a yard sign which I will leave up for a while). They even came back a couple of days later and reattached some of my ceiling vents that got knocked loose with all the pounding. Please do yourself a favor and use United Roofing (and tell Eros that Stacie sent you :-).
