Exceptional! The crew came on time, even a little early, were so polite and courteous. You could tell they enjoyed their work, they seemed happy. When the trees were finished it was like we had a whole new back yard. They raised the canopy and shaped the branches so well, unbelievable from start to finish! We couldn't be happier! Everything was also cleaned up and hauled away.

Had a tree collapse and fall against my fence and the power line. Joe and the crew arrived promptly on time and made quick, clean work of the situation. Joe was a pleasure to talk to and a high character person. Easy back-and-forth communication to setup the estimate and get the quote. High quality and affordable service. I will use these guys again for any future needs!

The crew was punctual, properly equipped, efficient and skilled. This was especially important because utility lines run through all three trees. The owner, Joe, was on-site the entire time to supervise, and was responsive to questions. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Another company gave a similar price quote and claimed to have insurance, but didn't. Tree Pro provided proof of insurance.

UPDATE 2:  I had a meeting with Joe and he said to keep watering  the tree. I did and the tree did re-leaf but the tree still does not look as beautiful as the day it was planted. Hopefully, the tree will look better as it gets older. All the rain in May and June and none in July is putting a lot of stress on the tree so will continue to water the tree daily.

UPDATE: The leaves began to turn brown several days after planting. I texted Tree Pro and was told that it was wind burn and some leaves would turn brown but there would be new growth. More and more leaves turned brown and fell off the tree. There was frequent rain but I had been following the watering instructions from Tree Pro and have the water bills to prove it. After numerous text messages, I was told I need to water more. I find that surprising because we have watered regularly. The tree looks very bad and all the new growth is brown or turning brown. I have asked for a face to face meeting with Joe (Tree Pro) and I have yet to receive a date for such a meeting. I'm very disappointed in the  new tree and am embarrassed to have it in front of our home. I will keep watering and hope for the best. I will not use this provider again. Very disappointing.


I called to make an appointment to remove two magnolia trees and he showed up the same day and I had an estimate that night. He asked if I wanted to plant a new tree to replace the ones we were removing. I wasn't sure so I said I'd call him back. We decided to replant one tree, so I called him back and told him the variety of tree/size and he texted me back with an updated estimate. That was it, pretty easy. He showed up on time and his crew cleaned everything up (doing it all in the rain). One small hiccup, the size of tree we had decided to plant was not available at the nursery so I had to make a decision - choose a different oak tree or change the size. I chose a larger sized tree but this also increased the cost by a rather hefty margin. I typically don't like getting budget surprises at the last minute but the tree is significantly larger and I think the new tree was worth the extra money.

Very happy with results. Will use annually for hurricane season preparation.

I spoke with Joe on a Tuesday, had an estimate by Thursday, and the work was completed on Friday. Joe and his crew of 4 or 5 helpers arrived and quickly cut down the bush. The stump was ground and the area was leveled with sand and sodded. It looks as if the tree was never there! They cleaned everything up, including the street, and hauled away all the debris. This project was at my parents new home and the bush was obstructing their golf course view. They are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

Joe and his crew showed up on time to do the work. He had all of the right equipment to do the job. This was a very large tree. (38" to 40" dia) They did a very professional job. The work was completed on time. (2 days) Everything was all cleaned up like they had never been there. The 2 oak trees look very good too. I would highly recommend Tree Pro

They were very good. They were prompt, polite, and they did a very good job. They cleaned after the work was done. The guy was here the whole time. I could tell that they had the necessary equipment and they looked like they knew what they were doing. Some people were cutting the trees and some people were cleaning up. The owner was here and it seemed to work fine. I will use them again. Their price was good. I actually priced someone else and he was a lot more expensive.

Tree Pro was great to work with.  I called for an estimate, and they were there that day to give me my quote!  The quote was on par with what I've paid before, so I went with them.  The crew was able to come out 2 days later.  My tree looks great, and it's branches are now off of my roof.  Thanks!

I couldn't be happier with Tree Pro!  Joe answered the first time I called, and was able to come out the next day.  He then called me with an estimate and performed the work on the same day.  The price was very fair for the work, and they did a great job.  I will definitely use them again!

It went well. The finished product was 2 beautiful oaks with more stable branches. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others for tree service.

I called for an estimate and the owner was able to give me an estimate that day.  He arrived promptly at 3pm.  I told him I would let him know as I had arranged other estimates, but I called him within 5 minutes after he left and told him I liked his presentation and his price and that I would go ahead and hire him on the spot and call the other companies and cancel their estimates.  The owner said he could do the work on the following Monday.
The company arrived on time Monday morning, a crew of about 5 including the owner.   They were all dressed in company t-shirts and looked great.  He had a mulching machine to handle all the debris.  He remembered everything he and I had discussed the week before, oversaw his crew and performed the work beautifully.  My trees and my yard never looked so beautiful and my grass is again growing heartily because now it is getting the proper amount of sun and there are no large branches interferring with my roof, etc.  
I could not be happier with this company, they did really really great.  I would recommend them and/or use them again in a heartbeat.              Thank you Tree Pro and Angie's List...........

I've used Joe since I moved into my house 2 years ago. He is very responsive and reasonably priced and not only does a great job at trimming and cutting all the trees and palms in our yard, but picks up leaving the yard look better than ever. 
He and his team to above and beyond.

Joe is very responsive and if he can't make it out the day I call him, comes within a few days of my call. He and his men leave the yard looking MUCH cleaner than it was before they came and remove all the tree trimmings etc.
I've had him clean the palm in the backyard which can create quite a mess if left unattended. He also has the necessary tools to cut some pesky branches left unattended to by our neighboring property that creat a risk to our windows.
