They did a really good job. We spent about $3000. It was a good experience. They showed up on time. They did the work they said they were going to do and for the price they were going to do. We will use this company in the future.

After the hurricane, it was difficult getting anyone to come give me an estimate for repairs. I finally got a recommendation for Texas Top from a family member and called them. They were very quick to respond to my call. They sent someone out to give me an estimate within about a week of my call (which was much quicker than I expected after having been told by other companies that they would just have to put my name on a waiting list with no particular time frame). The man who did the estimate was happy to answer all my questions about the job and assured me that the rest of my roof was in good condition and that they would be able to exactly match the existing shingles. They said it would be about a week before they could get out to do the job. The guy who came to do the job just over a week later went straight to work, got the job done, cleaned up the mess, and left me with a seemless repair job. Looking at the roof, no one could tell where the repairs were done. I received the bill (for the exact amount of the estimate) in the mail several days later.

Chris Dalley was friendly and professional. He made an appointment to measure and give us a bid and arrived right on time. The crew arrived and worked skillfully without being prodded by the crew leader. They removed the old shingles and debris. They installed the decking and began installing the roof in a timely manner. The crew worked great together, as though they instinctively knew the next move. The roof is beautiful and the entire job was done without any of the headaches the homeowner usually faces during such a project. None of the landscaping was harmed during the job,either. This is the second time we have used Texas Top Roofing and Siding; they replaced the roof on my husband's barn (shop) a few years ago. They did an excellent job then and we will definitely use them again when needed.

Chris called before he left to come out to our home, he was very courteous and polite. He did a thorough inspection, informed me of the choices we had and what he thought was best, and promptly completed the work. Very professional. We called Friday afternoon, and they were here Monday morning like they said they would be.

Texas Top Roofing & Siding did a good job on our roof. They only worked for five days. There are no leaks in our roof. They cleaned up fairly well and we have no complaints with them. We saw eye to eye.

The old roof had to be torn off first, which only took one hour. Then they re-decked it & laid the double layer tarpaper down. The new composition roof that was installed greatly improved the appearance of the house. The gutters were also re-hung; there was no need for new gutters. The entire mess was cleaned up. It took the 8-man crew one day to complete the task.

THEY TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THEY DID GOOD WORK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
