SUNBELT A/C & HEATING

The contactor switch was burnt up. Jared found it and replaced it in about 15 mins. I can't say enough good about these guys. Fast and honest. I will never use a different A/C technician. They are the best!

Sunbelt A/C and Heating were really good. As they were on Angie's list they also gave some discounts. He gave 3 separate estimates, and worst case scenario let's fix it for another season or two. He has his sons working with him, and he had then come over just to make sure they are doing the job right. Sunbelt A/C and Heating also re-did a drain that came from the A/C, it was hard to get to, so he re-routed that so that I can pour bleach in to it and do my own maintenance. Sunbelt A/C and Heating kind of went above and beyond than a normal person would do and the price was exact. They were going to be late, so the he called me back to make sure if that was okay, called me back to inform that they were going to be late - they were on some other big job. And Sunbelt A/C and Heating were very good about callbacks and calling ahead of time, and then they cleaned up really well. Some leave messy things around, but they picked everything up and you would have never known that they were here.

Paul Juren and his team at Sunbelt have been helping my family and friends for over 20 years. I trust him completely. My AC stopped cooling, so I called Paul. He was at my house that day, advised that I needed a new blower, provided a couple of options re: pricing, and had the new unit installed the next day. I recommend him every chance I get.

It is crazy hot in Texas. The sunbelt A/C company man came out the day of the call. He replaced the part with american made parts and he was honest and helpful. The company ic family owned and they customer service was great.

Showed up when they said they would. Answered all my questions. Very friendly and professional. Finished the job in a timely manner and were on their way. I was very satisfied with the service. Will use them again.

Everything went well. They are very knowledgable and the prices are reasonable. All the components that they installed were great quality. They are very busy and run a small company but you can be assured that the people that you talk to will be the same people that install and work on your problem. They see the job done from start to finish and I really appreciated that. In addition, I felt that they were honest and had integrity.

As usual, Paul Juren and his team did a terrific job. We discussed several options for making the bedroom cooler - Paul walked me through the pros and cons of each choice. I settled on zoning and it's been wonderful. Paul's not the cheapest guy in town, he's also not the most expensive. He is the best. I leave him a key, he lets himself in, does the work and locks up when he's done. It took several days for them to finish, but I trust him completely and know he'll leave the place like he found it. I've recommended Paul to many many friends over the years and they always thank me and add him to their list of trusted service providers.

They cleaned out the duct work and the drain pipe of the condenser coils. They were very responsive.

Paul does a great job, and gives a fair price. He has come to my property late at night, and is trust worthy and fair. I can trust him to come to the property without me being there, give me a fair price, and pay for the service via phone with a credit card and fax the receipt to me. If all contractors were this easy to work with.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Paul kept us informed about his schedule through several calls and worked with us to find mutually workable times. He was very busy due to the start of the season and explained when he could come out based upon the severity of the problem. He made sure that everything was cleaned up when he left.
