Jon Gray removed an old toilet and installed a new one, advised us on ways we could improve our master bathroom to accommodate my wifes and myselfs specific needs, and was very punctual. Kept the area very clean while doing the work, and promptly provided a bid for the additional work we want to do. Looking forward to working with them again as we have many times over the years.

The handymen/workers stated they'd arrive at 8AM both days and on both days they were there at 7:59AM...very punctual! They also kept great communication via text and email. Services performed took two days. One to put up chair rail in our formal dining room, next they tore out water damaged drywall and baseboard moulding from living room, inspected and allowed to dry out, followed by drywall repair and paint. Then on the second day, they touched up paint and sealed/caulked around drywall repair as needed. They then tore down old aluminum shed and hauled off the scraps.

Jon Gray from Southern Brothers Contracting was friendly,polite and courteous when I rang him to set up the appointment. He arrived promptly with his brother James. No job seemed too small for him, after inspecting the various small jobs he gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. He always seemed to prefer the cheapest yet most effective solution. First he checked with me that if he went now to buy the new plug and was back as soon as he could, that I would still be home which seemed respectful of my time. Then he went to buy the part needed which turned out to be a couple of dollars over his original estimate and showed me the invoice. Then Jon and James completed all the tasks thoroughly and quickly, they had completely finished in an hour and a half. They had cleaned up after their work, it looked spotless. Jon also gave me some free advice on how to look after the drains so they would clear quickly. On leaving he gave me an itemized invoice and business card. All in all, they were thoroughly professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as outstanding plumbers and handymen.
