Great job from start to finish.

I broke a window in my home at about 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Immediately went to Angie's List to see what I could find. Called one company but they could not come out until the next week. Reliant Glass was the second company I called. The gentleman I spoke (the owner, I later learned) asked the approximate size of the glass and gave me what I considered a very reasonable price ($105). I was so relieved to find someone to come out on Saturday that I probably would have paid double what he estimated. He said they would be there at 1:00. Shortly before 1:00 pm the serviceman called to say he was running late and would be there at 1:30. He arrived at 1:20 and in a very short time (30 minutes, maybe?) he had removed all the broken, jagged glass and replaced it with a sparkling new pane. Before he left he cleaned up all the mess (his and mine) and hauled off the box of trash. I am so glad to find this company because they also do shower doors and mirrors. I talked with the young gentleman as he worked about a couple of projects I would like to have done (bathroom mirrors) and he is going to e-mail me an estimate to replace one of my larger plate glass windows with double pane glass. If the job they did on Saturday at my house is any indication of the kind of work Reliant Glass does, I highly recommend them.

The other quotes I received were about $400 including the installation and estimated about 10 days before they could install. Reliance came in at $150 including installation and they were there the next day to professionally install. I would definitely use them again!

Our stand-alone shower had to be completely torn out and then retiled. The glass wall & door also had to be replaced. Reliant was the company our tile man used. They came and tried to replace the old door after the tile work was complete, but the glass would not fit, as our tile contractor told us it probably wouldn't. The glass guy scheduled a day to come back with the new glass. He called that morning and told me exactly when his men would arrive. They came on time and replaced the glass side wall and the glass door. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done to me and what I needed to know about the work.
