We just decide to get a pull in right now. They are too expensive really. They were very nice. The customer service was fine. It was just the budget.

Don was always on time and gave us the exact pool I had envisioned, actually it came out a little bit better than i had imagined. He was also about 10k less than my other bidders. Hands down, best pool guy around Houston. I'm happy to show you pics of it as well plangmaid@yahoo.com

I was looking to build a pool but I was very weary of the stories I have heard from all the shady pool builders. A friend of mine told me about Don Peak with Reflection Pools and Spas. I called him and he was out within 2 days and gave me a quote. When he quoted me I couldnt beleive the price as it was 10 - 15 K less than other quotes or smaller pools. After checking references i decided to go forward with Don. He told me from start to finish would be 3 weeks and I thought no way. Well after 17 days we were swimming but keep in mind there were no rain days and also my subdivision isnt very strict on inspecting every step so I didnt have to wait on inspectors. I must have called Don about 50+ times thru-out the build with different questions and he answered his phone all but once. even after the pool was done I had a probelm with a leaking pump and that day he had someone out replacing the part. Overall a great experience and a pleasure to do business with.
