+ -1 moreHaving fired the prior roofer for just completely botching this ongoing leak problem, we were referred to RB Hash from another source. Their response was immediate, which is critical for any roof leak. Their staff were all professional, courteous and well spoken. They were concerned about our needs. They stopped the leak and found the previously undiagnosed leaking area and repaired it on a Sunday morning. We have other work for them to do.
Description of Work: After a heavy rain at our business, on a Saturday, we had a sizable water leak from the ceiling. A cold call to their office, expecting a recorder, I actually talked to Mr. Hash, and he said he could have a truck to our site within the hour. Not only did they come out on a Saturday afternoon, when they diagnosed a larger problem, they felt they could not properly complete the repair before dark, they offered to come back out on Sunday morning. On Sunday morning, in a pouring rain, two workers and a supervisor completed the repair and we had dry floors.
