Great!! Best price of all contractors surveyed. Got to work and finished quickly. Supervisor in constant contact to make sure everything was proceeding the way we wanted it. Cleaned up after the job and roof is better than ever. 10 year workmanship warranty on top of roofing 30 year warranty. They also make their warranty transferable which is handy since we are selling this home.

AFter a hail storm other roofers were telling me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to even evaluate the roof. This home was for sale and I could not wait that long. Once it is sold, insurance won't pay a claim. Prodigy evaluated the roof and sent a photo report that the insurance company accepted without needing their own adjuster to review. Prodigy then sent a detailed estimate which the insurance company was able to use to initiate payment. While Prodigy promised on Saturday to do the roof on Thursday, they worked it in on Tuesday. By Wednesday the work was completed, looked great, and the yard was completely free of debris and had been swept with a magnet to ensure no nails were going to me mowed over or injure anyone. Honestly, I had picked up more shingle wrappers from my yard after neighbors had repairs done, than when my own roof was done. I used Prodigy based on a neighbors recommendation and like her, I can't say enough good about the way this has been handled - professional, personal, working overtime to get the job done and I am a satisfied customer.
