Delay after delay, combined with lack of communication (failure to return my phone calls). Once repairs finally started, roof was done in one afternoon. Ceiling repairs from leak took another couple weeks get a guy out to repair. It was at this point that the real problems started. Pre-existing leak (supposedly repaired) into my daughter's bedroom was worse than before. Called cell phones, office, etc, to get them to look at it, to no avail. Then comes the Tax Day flood. While (professional, this time) contractors are repairing flood damage, found major issues with the roof "repair" that should have, at the very least, been brought to my attention during initial "repair". Not even one year later, the shingles at the edges are coming loose due to improper install, and the leak above my daughter's bedroom is still leaking. Having my contractors who actually know what they are doing take care of this. Five year warranty, my &%#. Good luck in getting them to even look at their issues.
