Honest good work at a descent price. Last minute changes didn’t bother them.

I contracted for a wood railing. First, they showed up with 2 pieces that the were going to nail together. I said no. Next they showed up with the correct length and I let them install it. The railing was only paint quality and not stain quality. The railing was at least three pieces of wood joined together. The owner basically said tough sxxx. That's the way we get them. Totally unacceptable. I would NOT recommend these guys to build a dog house, let alone do anything in my home.

The workers have been very professional along with the office staff. I am very pleased with their work and my new stairs look great.

Precision Stair Co completed the job on-time, but failed to meet the quality. The stairs, risers and steps, measurements and painting look horrible. I contacted the supervisor multiple times (with photos) but failed to address the concerns; although told that he would come and inspect but never came to inspect.

They did a good job on my stairs. They need to improve customer service and scheduling.

The project was done professionally. Finished project early and was done right. Pleased with the services and will certainly rehire and let my friends know . My stairs and railings and the hand rail looks great.
