We strive to deliver superior workmanship, and to improve the appearance and quality of your stairs, balconies, cat walks, and decks. ***WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN: ***Baluster change-outs; wood tread installation; cap, riser, kick, and skirt installation; handrail and newel post installation; full metal railings; custom welded railing for stairs and balconies; outdoor deck railing; metal fencing; and metal gates. ***WE DO NOT INSTALL: STAIR LIFTS, PROJECTS INVOLVING GLASS, OR ATTIC LADDERS.***

Horrible paint & stain job on staircase. No attention to detail at all. Paint all over the stained treads which I had to take care of myself. Will charge you an arm and leg because they subcontract everything

We originally hired a cheaper company and the work was horrible. The stairs where not even up to code. We stopped them the first day and then called precision stair. The took everything down and started over. Just watching them work you could instantly tell they know what they are doing! We are extremely pleased!!

Communication was poor. Tried charging add'l $$ for services. Due to emergency matters, have been unable to go to property to see results. Still waiting for pictures of job completed. Office staff needs better training.

Manuel exercised great communication skills, quickly quoted the job by looking at the picture I sent by text. The price was great! His team arrived on time the next day! Worked in accord, stayed focused with a very professional attitude. Did the work within 4-hour window without a rush, paying attention to details. The result - outstanding quality. They appeared to have a 14-year experience - I could tell by the way they performed the work and thus asked about it. They left no mess and cleaned up after finishing the job. I would definitely recommend to consider this company for your project or improvement! I was really pleased and so was my wife!
